I don't see why not. It does run big.

What size for 5’1”, 115? I wear a size 2 pant.

I'm 5'2 and 95 lbs, I ordered the xxs and it fit great but it wasn't useable because the fabric doesn't have any stretch and is very fitted. The fabric is also very rough. I would love it if it were in a soft stretchy fabric but it's not useable the way it is. If you still want it, I'd order a size up from what your measurements are so you can use your arms.
