Description

The smallest of Pepe Tools Guillotine Shears, at 4"/100mm or is great for long cuts or repeating cuts. Metal will not bend or curl, leaving a flat cutting edge. This Guillotine Shear is designed to cut Gold, Silver,Copper, and nonferrous metals up to 20 guage. Arrives with handle and measuring bar dis-assembled from Guillotine and both need to be attached using the included allen wrench. The Measuring Bar is simple to callibrate; loosen the screws and pushing the depth gauge as far as it will go and then align the top plate so it is aligned up with the "0" (zero), then tighten that top screw above it. The blade requires a steady coat of light oil to prevent rusting. The blade will last upward of 10,000 cuts before it needs sharpening. Guillotine has four mounting holes to mount to your bench. Maximum capacity 20ga nonferrous metals. NEVER Cut stainless steel, heat-treated or hardened metals. All parts are manufactured/made in the USA
