Yes, but don't get any on the floor, it will become extremely slippery.

Can this product remove water spots on car windshield?

I have never had water spots that needed to be removed. I do know this is great on windows before it rains, lot easier to keep raindrops just flowing off window; enhancing visibility. I am thinking that helps keep raindrops from pooling on the glass & could possibly help water stains from happening.

I use it on Windows, mirrors, stove top, microwave, oven, and to shine my counter tops

It is safe to use it on navigation screen of cars?

I would lightly mist your microfiber and than gently clean the screen. Definitely don't spray the product directly on the screen or any dials. I think even safer would be to get an interior cleaner or interior detailer. I like griot garage interior detailer personally.
