This thing sucks but I mean that in the most positive use of the word, as in, this thing has major suction power and is absolutely amazing to use on my professional printer for clean up and maintenance.

I use this vac at guitar repair bench. Low noise, great results. No longer have to worry if bone or metal dust is flying into environment. Hose stretches to six feet and compacts to about two feet. Perfect fit on second shelf of bench, access to entire bench top.Recommend.

The vacuum the company provided for me was something I had to Frankenstein together from three others. It did not have the long extension nozzle I needed and it was freakishly loud. I always had to warn and apologize to the customers. I finally decided to purchase my own.I was delighted at the noise level produced by this unit. It is by far the quietest toner vacuum I’ve used in the past three decades!Everything else functions as it should. It has very good suction and of course can be used for a myriad of household/automotive tasks - not just copiers.Improvements I’d like to see: I have used this physical design for years and the latches and hinges NEVER hold up over the years eventually necessitating the purchase of a bungee cord or two. I wish the manufacturer would strengthen those as they are the only weak points in an otherwise very effective and functional tool!
