SONGMICS 16 Cube Storage Organizer，Plastic stackable cube shelf

Purchased this for my son's completed Linkimal collection (16 total) and we both are really pleased with it! It's sturdy and pretty easy to put together (no tools required besides the small mallet that's provided.) It also came with an anti-tip kit, but I didn't feel the need to use it with this configuration being only four cubbies high. Definitely worth the price for the quality! I also love that they're transparent so you can see his collection from all angles. It's perfect for what we were looking for and really looks awesome, especially when the lights are out and all the Linkimals are singing and lighting up! Highly recommend!

Cons: Challenging to put together. It took me several hours and one injury. The plastic hammer they give you does very little in the way of helping. It has a metal tip, but without any weight behind it, it's basically a plastic toy hammer. So you're stuck using your physical weight, which can lead to pain. Pros: Very sturdy. Looks nice. Totally worth the pain and effort to put it together. Would still recommend. All the parts were there. It's large and holds all of my yarn (I have a ton). Even though it's large, it's light and easy to move where you want it. I had not trouble lifting it on top of my dresser. You could use it to store many things, but the shelfs do bend a little when you have heavier items, so I wouldn't recommend anything too heavy. You can always test it out. Also, I knew what I was getting into, because I read the reviews and there were warnings about how difficult it could be to put together. It's not complicated. Just physically difficult when you're tiny and weak like me. XD

So, these are pretty cool and should do what I need them to do, which is organize my large folding table in the playroom. I'm a little worried about putting any books on here (kids books). Otherwise, the most difficult thing is some snap into place easily and some REALLY don't. The end corners are the most difficult to get to stay in place because they're not being supported on three sides, only two. You might hammer the top and see it go down and hammer the front and see it start to pop out on the sides, so it takes a little finesse. I didn't even realize one of them hadn't snapped fully into place until I pulled, with my weight, on the top one of the third level corners and I heard a snap. (I'm female) The instructions are good as far as the pictures go but they're written in German. It's just a common sense thing. I didn't want to have just a big gawdy box on the table, so I started with five squares on the bottom, as you can see in the pictures. I actually have 17 separate shelf spaces (not cubes), instead of 16, not including the very top. My method left me with two extra panels. I think it looks so much better than just a box shape. With the amount of panels, it was the only way I could have this "look" while utilizing the most panels. You could do 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 easily, or even 4 - 3 - 2 - 1 - 1, I think. Mine is technically 5 - 5 - 4 - 3, but as far as actual cubes, it's 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 with 3 non-cubed shelves. So sturdiness, it's not very sturdy. It's meant for lightweight things. And, the hardback books will probably stretch out the panel, they're going to be on, over time. The material is decent enough for me not to return it. It's not brittle or anything. I know it's meant for a floor, but I would NOT put this on carpet. It does have a wall anchor with it, but seriously, it's basically plastic. It's gigantic on my table, but a table can only hold so much. So, these will REALLY help me organize the table. There were no missing parts. I thought it was missing one panel, at first. But, then I realized my initial idea of doing 5 - 4 - 4 - 3 full cubes uses one more panel than just 4 x 4. I'm glad I bought this, so far. If I have any issues, I'll definitely post an update. Today is 6-5-24. If I haven't posted any updates soon, then all is good.

This cubicle shelf was spacious! I love the set up.

First, the unit looks very good. I was surprised that the individual square panels were flexible, not solid, so it does not feel as strong as I expected, and you cannot sit a heavier display piece in one of the cubbies (like 3-4 pounds), i.e., a piece of pottery, because the flexibility will dip and not be level/sturdy. But it looks good and will be good for the purpose I needed (to hold individual bins). The reason for only 3 stars is that the photos show multiple configurations, and I purchased this unit to have one 3x4 set of cubes and one 2x2 set separate. It was shown in photos to have separate configurations and that made this the perfect option for what I needed. However, I discovered it only had sufficient cubes and flat panels for the 4x4 configuration. AND there was no indication in the product listing or link to order more of the connectors or that more would be needed. My 2x2 set does not have back panels as there were not enough to do so. I had to contact the seller to ask about getting additional connectors so my 2x2 set (without any back) could be assembled. The seller provided a link to me to order more connectors, which I ordered and paid for. I totally would not have minded paying for the extra connectors, and the additional backers, if there had simply been a link with the original listing to note that the other items would be needed for different configurations, and then the link could have taken me to where to add those to my order. I fell that I should not have had to jump through the extra hoops after receipt to contact the seller, order additional connectors, and be without a back to the second configuration pieces.

This storage shelf unit is impressive! I love the design—it matches perfectly with my other furniture and really pulls the room together. The height is just right, and it’s very sturdy for everything I need it to hold. I also love that it accommodates storage cubes, which makes it versatile as my grandson grows and his needs change. Overall, it’s a great buy at a perfect price point. Highly recommend!

Very great Product was actually way easier to set up than I thought took about 25 minutes, was skeptical from the reviews saying it was hard and uneasy to understand, but it was actually extremely simple! Love it and bigger than I pictured which is even better, no defects and pretty sturdy, great cost aswell thankyou so much!🫶
