I have ears that can’t hang on to earbuds, so I’m accustomed to picking up and reinserting my AirPods a couple of times a day. I think my ear canals are too oval, and they flex a lot when I move my jaw, so most silicone ear tips lose contact even if they’re tight initially. Last night I nearly lost an AirPod down a storm drain while out for a walk and decided it was time to look again for a solution. (I hate both over-the-ear hooks and corded earbuds.) Searching on Amazon turned up both textured and memory-foam ear tips, and I picked these because you get three sizes at once, which lets you avoid trial and error. (I really don’t want to make multiple purchases to discover my ear canal size.) Also you can leave them on while the AirPods are in their case, which was a requirement for me. Within a minute after getting them I popped the size Medium on my AirPods, squished them lightly, and did the insert/rotate move shown on the instruction card. These don’t work by being “grippy.” You pinch the memory foam and it reshapes to your ear canal, holding them in place: I just completed a full workout (cardio and weights) and walked home from the gym, and they didn’t budge. Normally I recover my AirPods at least once per workout and have to keep pressing them back in. I like that these feel “breathable” and not like there’s a tight seal. The noise canceling still works perfectly and the sound is the same. AirPods’ sensitivity to being inserted/removed also stayed the same. Nice work.

I’m really impressed with these Foam Masters memory foam ear tips. They fit much more securely than the standard tips and stay in place better when I’m walking, working out, or moving around. The memory foam is comfortable and creates a nice seal, which helps improve the noise cancellation and gives the sound a fuller feel. I also like that they come in a 3-pair set, so I have replacements when needed. The medium size has been a great fit for me, and they’re easy to install. Overall, these are a great upgrade if your AirPods Pro tend to slip out or you want a more secure and comfortable fit.

I ordered these because I was having 2 issues with the standard apple tips when running. 1. They would make a popping noise with each step or when jumping and 2. they would slip out of place after some time. Neither of these were issues when stationary or not sweating. These tips fixed both issues - they stay in place and solved the popping/tapping noise. However, I find that they are less comfortable for stationary use and become irritating during longer use. The noise cancellation is also noticeably worse than the apple tips. I have tried all the tip sizes provided. 4 stars because they fixed the issue when running, but are not great for other use. I just swap these on when I'm going for a run, and take them back out after.

I've been using AirPods Pro 2s for a while and they always felt feel loose during runs with the stock medium silicone tips. I got AirPod Pro 2 foam tips from a different company, but they kept falling out too. Switching to the AirPods Pro 3s helped somewhat, but the silicone still felt insecure during activity. They didn't fall out, really, but they felt like they would. These memory foam tips solved that. (Though you do need to be careful to get ones compatible with your AirPod Pro version -- the 1&2 ones won't work with the AirPod Pro 3 version. But once you get the right version, they're absolutely compatible.) Fit and Seal: I ran Apple's Acoustic Seal Test and got "Good Seal" on both ears -- something I wasn't always achieving reliably before. One thing to note: I typically wear medium silicone tips, but found small was the right size here. If you're on the fence between sizes, consider sizing down first. Comfort: I wore these for a full day, including a sweaty workout, and comfort held up throughout. There's a mild increase in pressure around the ear canal compared to silicone -- noticeable at first, but it fades quickly for me. If you're particularly sensitive to in-ear pressure, keep that in mind. Running: This is where they shine for me. The memory foam conforms and stays put in a way silicone simply doesn't. They're sturdy. I no longer have a need to double check them during my runs. Color: I really like the color. I prefer to make all of my Apple products look less like Apple products, so this works! (I also got a cover for my case, and dust cover for the inside of the case, as well as a black protector for the AirPods themselves.) Installation tip (important): Putting them on is easy. Removal of the silicone tips is tricky -- because you may hesitate to pull firmly, as I did. Don't be tentative. A confident tug straight back removes them cleanly. I actually tore one of my stock silicone tips by being too careful (my nail dug in during a timid pull). Overall, a worthwhile upgrade if fit and stability are your priorities.

This is my second re-stock of these amazing airpod tips. I wear my airpods a lot - and wear them to fall asleep. These are incredibly comfort for long term use and make sleeping with the airpods in (a) far more comfortable than the std tips, (b) keep the airpods in my ear even as I toss and turn through the night, and (c) during exercise keep the airpods snug in my ear - no fear of them falling our during running, jumping or pregame dynamic exercises. Because I use my airpods so much, I do find myself replacing these foam tips every 3 months due to the stuff no one like to talk about: skin oils, ear wax and just the product doing what it's supposed to do - staying comfortably snug to my ears. I should actually replace them more often - or at least clean them more often...But I digress... Even though I probably don't maintain them as often as I should, they work amazing for me. These provide superior comfort and stay put so much better than stock tips. The best part is they provide long term comfort for periods of continuous use. Long, multi-hour flights, overnight sleeping, long conference calls - I have never been disappointed in these. Which is why I am a return customer 2x over. Another nice tough is that the kit comes with 3 sets so I can replace them as needed. Bottom line - if you want long term comfort, good value - look no further. Bonus: if you get a set that doesn't fit right for any reason, they will send you a new set absolutely free!

I honestly didn’t expect to love these as much as I do. I bought the Medium red version for my AirPods Pro 1st Gen, and they completely changed the comfort and fit for me. First off, the memory foam texture feels way more premium than Apple’s standard silicone tips. They’re softer, more secure, and they stay in my ears much better, especially when moving around or working out. The seal is excellent, which noticeably improved both the noise cancellation and bass response. Another huge plus is the value. Getting 3 pairs for $29.99 is a much better deal than buying replacement tips from Apple, especially considering the quality is actually better in my opinion. And honestly, the red color looks AMAZING. It matches my red ESR AirPods Pro case perfectly and gives the AirPods a more customized premium look without being tacky. The included storage case for the extra tips is also a really nice touch and makes everything feel organized and high-end. If you own AirPods Pro 1st Gen (or 2nd/3rd gen really) and want better comfort, better fit, better isolation, and a little personality with color options, these are absolutely worth it. I’ll definitely buy these again.

I purchased these first, hoping the white tips would look close enough to the silicone that it would not be noticeable. However, I wish I would have read other reviews. The white is more of an off-white, and honestly just looks almost dirty straight from the package. After using for 3 days, the tips have stained (I clean my ears daily after a shower, so I don't believe it's from excess wax.) Using my cleaning tool did nothing to remove the discoloration. I thoroughly enjoy the actual feel of them, though. My ears tend to have a problem holding earbuds and I would always have to purchase separate tips with hooks. These work great! My ears no longer ache after long use, and I have had zero issues with them staying securely in my ear. I don't notice any audio issues, or muffled output. I went ahead and purchased another set (black) and absolutely love them so far. If not for the weird discoloration of the white tips, I would have easily given a 5-star. The black ones deserve a 5-star!

More comfortable than Apple tips--for sure. Mine fit a little small but I bought the large so I guess that’s the best I’ll get. But I do like them quite a bit and although they are pricey I think they’re worth it.

I gave these 4 stars, mainly because of the price holding them back from a full 5. At first, I was unsure how different they would feel compared to the original silicone tips. I tested both side by side, mixing one silicone and one foam, then both foam, and the difference became clear. The memory foam tips give better noise cancellation and feel more comfortable. They grip your ear better and stay in place without feeling intrusive. The fit on the AirPods is also solid. I saw reviews saying they might damage the AirPods, but that was not my experience at all. They fit like a normal Apple product. You get six tips in total, which is a strong bonus. The included care instructions also help you get more life out of them. Noise cancellation is improved, but not by a huge margin. You notice it, but it depends on your hearing and environment. The foam feels well balanced. It is firm enough to hold shape but soft enough to stay comfortable. It does not feel too stiff or too soft. Grip is one of the biggest upgrades over silicone. They stay secure even during movement. Value for money is where it gets mixed. If you want better quality and comfort, these are worth it. If you sweat a lot, go to the gym often, or have waxy ears, you will wear them down faster. In that case, you might go through all six tips quickly, which makes the price harder to justify. If you care about quality and are willing to maintain them, these are a great upgrade. If you want something cheap and long lasting, silicone or a cheaper foam option might suit you better.

Update - July 2025: Third year in and still not looking back. The new Black Magic version feels like a solid refinement over the older gen. Fit on the large size doesn’t feel overly different, which for me is actually a plus since it still seals well without pressure. It’s softer, more seamless in the ear, and grips better too. Not flawless during faster movement or workouts, but definitely an improvement over previous versions that slipped more often. What I really like about this version is the visual update. The red color adds a small but noticeable accent that makes the AirPods feel less sterile and more personalized. Nice touch for something most people overlook. As for sound and comfort, they still check every box. ANC holds better with these tips than with silicone, and long sessions don’t leave the ears sore. I do notice they soften up slightly over time, but not in a way that compromises the fit quickly. Still snaps into the AirPods Pro case without any drama and doesn’t block charging. These are the kind of upgrades you forget are upgrades until you go back to stock tips and realize how much of a difference good memory foam makes. I’ve tried a lot of others in the past, and for the price and consistency, this has stayed my go-to. Previous Review: Having ear canals on the larger side has always made using AirPods Pro a bit of a hassle. The stock large size still feels borderline, and most third-party foam tips either don't fit the case properly or break down too fast. I picked these up after dealing with the usual issues from other brands, including Comply, which tends to crack or peel sooner than expected. What I noticed with these Foam Masters tips is they don’t signal wear the same way visually. Instead, you feel the fit gradually loosen over time, which is more intuitive anyway. That’s kind of what you sign up for with memory foam, but in return you get better midrange, stronger bass, and a way more secure fit compared to the standard silicone. They snap into the AirPods perfectly and still allow the case to close without forcing anything. Comfort is spot on, and the noise isolation feels improved without being overly stuffy. It’s just more natural to wear for extended periods, especially for flights or longer work sessions. Also worth mentioning, the team at Foam Masters is consistently responsive. I’ve had a few back-and-forths over the last couple of years and they’ve always been open to feedback and quick with answers. Feels like they genuinely listen, which is rare. At this point, these are my go-to. Reliable fit, solid sound, and they last longer than expected if you’re not super rough with them.
