Este filtro es para cuando aspiras liquidos, simplemente evita que gotas o particulas de aspirado lleguen a donde no debe. Yo lo dejo puesto tanto para aspirado liquido o seco, no afecta en mi aspiradora.

Product similarity to the OEM…used on shop vacuum…

This cloth filter bag is just like the original bag that came with my Shop Vac. The new Shop Vac's have replaced the bags with reusable paper cone filters that fit over the filter and pushed down using the ring. I prefer the original bags. The new bag is tight I did have to push to get it over the foam filter but it's on now. I expect it will stretch over time as my other filter did.
