Ho acquistato queste mattonelle in ceramica Campingaz per la mia griglia e devo dire che hanno fatto davvero la differenza! Si riscaldano rapidamente e mantengono il calore in modo uniforme, migliorando la cottura dei cibi e riducendo i tempi di preparazione. Il materiale è robusto e di ottima qualità, resiste bene alle alte temperature e si pulisce facilmente dopo l’uso. Le ho usate più volte durante grigliate all’aperto e sono ancora come nuove.

Klappt gut
Die Hitze verteilt sich über die Briketts gut und das Grillgut wird gleichmäßig "gebräunt". Ob ein Unterschied zu Lavasteinen besteht, kann ich nicht sagen, da ich noch nicht mit Lavasteinen gegrillt habe. Finde die Briketts optisch schön, auch wenn sie etwas gräulich werden durch das Grillen. Auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert.
