Still looks great after 8 years.
We purchased this fire pit 8 years ago and it still looks and works as great as it did when brand new. It sits under a covered patio and we only cover it during the Ohio winter months. The glass wind protector does a great job protecting the flame on windy days. We added some blue cut glass fire chips along with the crystal clear fire chips that came with the fire pit for a unique look. This fire pit is very stylish and we continue to get compliments.

Amazing customer service and amazing fire pit!
The media could not be loaded. Extremely satisfied and Carmella in customer service is the best customer service person I’ve ever interacted withOverall, this was a great purchase! I was checking out different fire pits on all the different websites like Home Depot and Lowe’s and target and Walmart I decided on this one on Amazon.com and I am very happy and satisfied!Pros:It is easy to put together and you can do it by yourself although I had my wife and would probably recommend having a second hand to hold things together if it all possible. The wicker material looks great in sturdy and should do pretty well in some light weather but I would recommend getting a cover especially for rain storms or obviously snow storms like here in New England. It is easy to put together and you can do it by yourself although I had my wife and would probably recommend having a second hand to hold things together if it all possible. The wicker material looks great and sturdy and should do pretty well in some light weather but I would recommend getting a cover especially for rain storms or obviously snow storms like here in New England.Getting it to turn on and lighting it is easy although myself and other reviews I’ve read it doesn’t turn on right away sometimes so just shut it off and then turn the dial again and it should ignite the second or third time if not the first time. The amount of propane that I’m using in the fire pit has been pretty good as well I only had about a half of a tank full and I’ve used it about three times probably for three or four hours total and I’ve heard you can get between eight and 12 hours in a full tank so I’m satisfied thus far.The flames are a good height it’s not too high so if you’re expecting like an actual fire then this is probably not for you but it probably goes up 4 inches at the max or somewhere around there.Cons but it was immediately fixed.Within a few minutes of me turning it on even at the low power flame level one of the rocks popped and exploded and I burnt a hole in my seat cushion on my patio furniture. I called the company and talk to Carmella I believe she’s a customer service manager and she is amazing the best customer service person I’ve ever spoken with or interacted with, seriously. I also bought the accessory kit that comes with the cover and day wind glass protection kit and she refunded that order for me.I also bought the accessory kit that comes with the cover and a wind glass protection kit and she refunded that order for me. She also is replacing the rocks. My guess is the heat temperature from cool to very hot caused one of the rocks to pop. I would definitely recommend the accessory kit because if I had that on first the glass hopefully would’ve protected the rock from flying out but the accessory kit wasn’t delivered until a couple days later. My guess is the heat temperature from cool to very hot caused one of the rocks to pop. Outland Fire Table & Wind Screen Are AWESOME!
Like others in the nearly 600 reviews I searched long & hard for a fire table with quality BUT within budget! Outland Living delivers both & more! I bought both the rectangle Fire Table & Glass Windscreen. Both delivered on time & no damage. I have to say the packaging is the best I've ever seen & who doesn't like a "Free Box of Air" ;-) I got to give you a Big Thumbs on creativity!!Like others I was able to put all of it together in under an hour. I credit that to the EXCELLENT engineering of the entire table down to the screws holding everything together. BRILLIANT idea to make them all the same size! 2nd they go in effortlessly! The instructions where straight forward with 14 very easy step by step diagrams & instructions. BAM !! YOU Have a cocktail Fire Table ready for friends & watching the mountains turn pink with cold beverages!I also bought the Windscreen which if you look at all the pictures in other reviews it ENHANCES the night glow of the flames bouncing off the 4 sides while at the same time keeping the wind out.The Windscreen was VERY simple to put together & you have to update the instructions ... YOU made it simpler for us by incorporating the fit gaskets, spacers in the bracket. All you have to do it start with a flat surface, line up the holes with the 2 brackets & simply insert the screws. I wouldn't tighten them down until all the brackets are installed, the windscreen is on the flat service & then secure all the screws at that time. Then simply put it on the fire table & BAM it's done!!A Fire Pit that has Quality -Style-it matches the wicker furniture I've already bought at the local Lowe's store. Cleaning is simple with some windex & a paper towel. We have a little dust here in the desert but the cover that came with the windscreen should cut down on that. There are anti-static cleaners out there that will help cut down on the dust collecting on the black glass that I will pick up.Quality-simply said like many others have, this matches or surpasses the quality of much more expensive fire pits that I've shopped for. It's NOT to heavy which is good if you need to move it around if you feel like rearranging for a different look. 1 person can do it without any trouble. The one thing I would suggest is test the spark igniter before installing the gas tank. You can simply do this by looking on top of the table where the square igniter is BEFORE you put your glass in. Once you push the spark igniter you should see a small spark going from tip to tip much like a spark plug. If you don't start trouble shooting. You don't have to take out the glass or disconnect the gas tank. In my case I simply overlooked step 1b ... ;-) I simply inserted the igniter cable as stated in step 1b being careful to take note of the rectangle of the plug, aligning it & pushing it on. Simple. I then push the starter button once again & I saw the spark. I then installed the rock, arranged it to clear the burner holes, installed the gas tank, push the button & like magic there are flames. This is an awesome addition to my back patio that will get much use watching the mountains turn pink & enjoying beverages! My hats off to the engineers, assemblers, designers, writers & packers of Outland Living! You make a quality product, easy to put together & that is one of the best designed out on the market!A fire pit that has excellent Quality - On Budget - Beautiful Design - Easy assembly!
