Exactly like original. Easy to install on our 2013 Coachmen Freelander

On our very first trip with our Class C, the original door lock failed in the worst way—the metal mechanism snapped in half, and we were locked out of the RV with nachos cooking in the convection oven. Thankfully, the nachos turned out perfect, but the lock was a total loss. We ordered this RV Designer T507 replacement, and I couldn’t be happier with it. The lock shipped quickly, arrived in great condition, and was incredibly easy to install. Even as a first-time Class C owner, I had no trouble swapping it out. Once installed, the door felt secure again, and the deadbolt adds a reassuring extra layer of safety. This is a well made, solid RV door lock. It looks identical to the one which broke, but is full metal and much more solid. It fitted perfectly.
