Ceramic BBQ Grill Insert (11 1/2" x 16")

Works great with very even heat distribution. Flare-ups and flames are definitely minimalized. Any drippings or particles essentially disintegrate? One of the ceramic inserts developed a fracture but as advised in the instructions, this does not affect its performance. The ceramic has a wire mesh imbedded in the slab to prevent separation.
