I Love this! I am getting older in age. With that, we experience skin changes to our tone, moisture level, oils, lines, wrinkles, uneven coloration - you name it. I have struggled for years trying to find the 'right fit' for my complexion, tone, skin type, etc. This product is Great! I was looking for something that would be lightweight, balance my skin complexion and tone, not be cakey or enhance lines and wrinkles, and, above all, quick & easy to use! This Blurring powder is a Perfect 10! Honestly, I love it goes on transparent, so it doesn't significantly alter my complexion, it is super lightweight and does not settle into my wrinkles or fine lines, it is breathable on my skin and does not cause me to break out or dry out, I can apply Directly to my face and neck - Without any foundation, and it Blurs my fine lines and wrinkles!!! I cannot tell you how many compliments I get now! My skin appears so smooth, almost flawless! I appear a little younger, skin tone is more even as well. I do use a powder brush to apply rather than the included sponge. Coverage is even and smooth. I love it so much, I purchased it again and even got the matching foundation to check it out! Great product, Great quality, you Definitely get the Value for the price! Would I recommend to women who are aging and want a soft, youthful appearance? Yes!

I just read a review from another customer, a mature customer like myself, who has been using this powder for literally years like myself. The last one I got was not the same. I think they changed the formula because the lady who wrote the other review was talking about how it was chalky and dry feeling. When I first went to use it, I took out a brand new little fluffy velour powder puff and when I first rubbed it on the powder to pick up the powder to apply it I noticed that it looked like a powder would if it's too hard and you use a greasy powder puff on it or something. It didn't have the same consistency WHATSOEVER and it really emphasized fine lines and wrinkles I didn't even know I had! My suspicion is that they changed one of the the powders in it (one of the mica powders most likely) to something cheaper that doesn't have the same slip, consistency or feel as the one they have been using since, I guess, they started making the stuff... I,m so, so disappointed!!! I don't know what I'm going to try now because it is in my price range, and most of the others that I have even halfway liked have been like two or three times as much and this has been such a wonderful powder. I live in Southwest Florida and it's obviously very humid here and I really can't wear anything but a powder foundation and this one covers (COVERED) so well and looked so nice; but it doesn't anymore 😥. They just totally screwed it up and I'm so disappointed I'm just at a complete loss as to what to try next.

Nice powder. Smoothing

I usually get Buff Beige in this pressed powder but they were out of stock. I have light skin so I decided to try out the Classic Ivory. I don't wear primer, foundation, concealer...any of that. My makeup ritual, when I wear any at all, consists of powder, mascara, chapstick and a tiny bit of eyeliner. Once in a while I will wear a small amount of eye shadow but it's usually a neutral color and something I don't do often. I want a powder I can wear alone. This has always worked well for me. Obviously this color is a bit lighter than what I usually get but it worked just as well. I don't have to use much and it makes my skin look softer and smoother while giving it a nice glow. It doesn't looked caked or unnatural and it really does help with fine line blurring. I never use the sponges that come with it, preferring a powder brush instead. I workout 5-6 days a week and usually do it right after work. I don't always wash my face first. This doesn't leave my skin feeling heavy or clogged afterwards. I don't carry my makeup (or lack thereof) around with me so I also want something that doesn't leave my face looking shiny and luckily I don't get that with this one. It arrived well packaged and there was no cracks or crumbling. Covergirl Simply Ageless has become *the* pressed powder for me and I love that I have two colors choices in case one is out. If you prefer something light that provides blurring and looks natural, this is it.

great quality from a brand that I've used for years

This has been my go to powder for YEARS even though it would frequently crumble and make a mess in your purse it was still the best formula I’ve ever used for my maturing skin. But I don’t know what has happened but the formula is 100% NOT the same. I repurchased this several weeks ago and it seemed different but I thought maybe it was just a fluke, so I bought another one and it’s exactly the same. It used to have great coverage and a blurring effect and now it just seems to pack down and it looks chalky or like it’s separating in the container…? I really can’t explain it but it’s not smooth like it used to be. And when I try to apply it to my face I feel like I’m wiping away makeup more than I’m putting anything on. And instead of evening and smoothing out my complexion, it now seems to emphasize pores and fine lines, dries out my face and applies as patchy as it looks in the container. I’ve been trying to find a replacement ever since and can’t find anything even close to as good as this used to be.

It is ok not great. It goes on a bit too heavy, looks powdery. If you are not looking for something more natural looking this is not it.

This is the only makeup I use. The appearance is wrinkles disappear when you use this powder. If your looking for a smooth makeup that hides wrinkles get this now
