Very good quality and nice format for fridge, but overpriced. I recommend this item.

I looked all over at different options when I was going to get a water bottle, and I almost got a life factory one (I have one that's worked alright), but they were out of stock. This one I thought the price was a bit steep, but I didn't want to buy plastic or metal (I hate off-flavors, and don't want things leaching into the water) so I bit the bullet and got it. Thoughts: the size is great. It fits into a car cupholder or a backpack side pocket, but carries soooo much water. It's also really lightweight! Which is something I love (my Life factory bottle is kinda hefty). The seal on the lid had a bit of a plastic smell when it arrived, but after a wash and using it, it has gone away. I haven't noticed any plastic smell/taste from the lid after the first couple days. Also the bottle is pretty! Simple design that goes with everything. I feel classier using it. Things I don't like- it's a bit tricky to carry: no handle or lanyard or something that might help. I kinda worry about dropping it, especially when I'm washing it. It can go in the dishwasher but I tend to wash it by hand. There is a cover for it to protect it and make it easier to hold, but I didn't buy that. I may in the future, but it's kind of steep to pay $30 for a bottle, and then an additional $14 for the cover. Doesn't work for my budget. For now I'm just being careful with it. Customer service: EXCELLENT. They have a year warranty offering replacement if the bottle breaks, and I broke the bottle I got within the first month of buying (my error. I thought it was in my bag but I missed the opening and dropped it three feet onto hard wood. Destroyed). When I emailed the company a picture, they got back to me next day to tell me they would send me a new one pronto. I got it in the mail, and they actually (I think by mistake) sent me two. The weird part of this though is that the bottles I received were not all the same, even though I contacted the company directly through Amazon. Originally the bottle I got arrived in a plain box, no frills, bubble wrap, an unmarked bottle with a silver and grey plastic lid. However, when I got the replacements, one bottle I got was the same- unmarked bottle, grey and silver lid- and the other was different. It had a white and silver lid, (with a design that makes it easier to clean: nice), and has the Kablo logo on the bottom of the bottle, and on the lid. Also the packaging it came in was really classy- cool box, nice Kablo label with product details- honestly pretty enough to post on Instagram. It made me wonder whether Amazon is selling a non-legit version or something. Both bottles perform well, the white cap just being easier to clean/looking a bit prettier. Overall glad I bought, but if I were buying again I'd be disappointed to get the grey cap and unmarked bottle when I know how nice the white cap one is. Especially since the thing is $30.

I was extremely impressed with the quality of the product and attentive customer service. The bottle is indeed very attractive and suits my need of reducing exposure to plastic and its chemical burden. I have to admit, I'm extremely finicky about things– I search endlessly for the 'perfect' sleek, aesthetically pretty and healthful everyday household items, and deciding on the 'right' water bottle became a bit of a mission. After lots of research I decided on this item, and wasn't disappointed. In fact, the day the product arrived I received an email within hours of delivery from the founder of the company who designed the bottle, asking if everything was okay and if I required any further service. I told her I was concerned the stainless lid of one of the bottles had gotten slightly dimpled in the shipping process, although I liked the bottles a lot. She immediately replied to me with a kind personal message and mailed a replacement cap which arrived at my home probably within 48 hours. I can confidently vouch this product is beautiful, healthful, and backed by a very attentive and supremely helpful team who will ensure your satisfaction! The glass is not super thick (which maybe could be my only concern about it?). However it has held up well so far in the dishwasher, perhaps getting mildly banged when loading and unloading. No chips, cracks, etc. It's very easy to clean due to the wide top. Great for everyday household use although I'm not bringing it to the gym in case of accidentally dropping it. I am, however, comfortable throwing it in a bag whilst running errands. It truly doesn't leak or drip at all. Thank you Kablo, I'm so motivated to drink water with this lovely bottle and feeling hydrated again!

At heart, I am a minimalist. So you can imagine how I felt when I wrapped my Christmas present from my brother at the P.F. Chang's dinner table surrounded by family and future family. It's so big, I thought too myself. It will be so awkward to carry around. The Kombucha bottle is the perfect size for a water bottle. Fast forward to now and one could say I have had a change of heart. I just experienced one of the best customer experiences imaginable: an email directly from a Kablo co-founder in response to my inquiry for a warranty replacement for a bottle that I have fallen in love with. After spending more than 4 lonesome months on my book shelf, the bottle has become a constant companion of mine; water bottle at work; water bottle at soccer practice; water bottle for when I swig before bed. Not only did the co-founder make sure that I would be shipped a replacement bottle "shipped first thing this afternoon :)" but she also followed up to ensure I received it. For a minimalist, the product is exquisite. There's no branding, it is sleek in design, and it feels as if you are carrying around a beacon of life; knowing that you're not contaminating your body with micro-plastics/BPA is comforting. Although the bottle can be replaced within 1 year if damaged, the customer service at Kablo is irreplaceable. You're not just buying a glass bottle when you buy a Kablo - you're buying security. The days of carrying around Kombucha bottles are over because now I have Kablo. I wish the Kablo co-founder and her team the best.

i love glass. i wish i could turn everything i own into glass. it's sleek-looking, sanitary, can cut down personal waste, and allows good vibes to shine by calling no attention to itself. this gorgeous water bottle was a dream come true. until it broke two months later. 40 bucks wasted by a 1 foot drop from the couch. and yet i bought another. i couldn't help it, i was in love. it broke in my backpack another two months later when i set it on the floor. the glass is thin. it could be a lot better; stronger glass exists. instead of pricing a quality product fairly, kablo has produced a flimsy bottle to sell for big bucks. there is nothing like this on the market. the design is gorgeous. what a tragedy. i bought a voss water bottle for three dollars and i have been reusing it for the past six or so months. it is not as big, and i have yet to figure out how to take the label off, but it is sturdy and pretty. when it breaks, i lose $2.86 rather than $40.00. one other thing, this bottle begins looking dirty if you put cold liquid in it. the condensation combines with the oil/dirt on your hands and the smudges stay and look ugly until you wash the bottle. this doesn't happen as severely with a voss bottle, perhaps because the glass is thicker or because of some chemical difference. i'm no expert, just an honest reviewer.
