Genuine product and works great. No broken bristles here.
The product I received was genuine and the pulse flossing bristles didn't fall out or break after months of use. Even if they did I think the claims of 'choking hazard' are a bit far fetched, they're tiny and wouldn't cause choking. This was the first time using this floss type head and it felt a little strange at first. They take a few uses to get used to, or maybe it just softens a bit after a few uses. You sometimes feel the bristles going between your teeth, so they do seem to work. You seem to need to use an up and down motion to help them find their way. My teeth felt very clean after using these, just as they do with the other genuine Oral B brushes. Beware of the cheapo 3rd party heads as they're too soft and they don't spin as good and thus do a much worse job than the real thing.

Gives a great clean
It gives the best clean. I had accidentally bought these in the past and discovered I really liked them. I used to buy them in quantity at Costco but they dont have them anymore. The cross action heads seem to be the newst ones but I prefer these floss action and was happy to see them on Amazon.
