Commercial quality feel about this product
Happy with this. It looks and feels very well made with brass and heavy duty plastic

Prefilter.
Great job of prefiltering our hard well water.

Great spin down sediment filter for a well!!!
Very easy to install just need a piece of 3/8 inch id vinyl/PVC tube to go to a air gap or other type of sewer drain to dump sediment into drain. Also, would probably work with floor drain if it is possible to hold it on the cap somehow. Like plastic wire ties. Anyway been using for a few months now and no more sediment getting to my whole house filter upstream from this device.

Excellent product and even better customer service!
After years of replacing disposable filter cartridges every week and sometimes more often, we finally decided to try one of these spin down flushable filters. We were very impressed with the quality of the iSpring filter... straightforward installation and operation, and it works extremely well. A little too well in our case... we should have gone with the larger micron cartridge as it plugged up several times daily because of all the debris in our water supply. But we contacted customer service (US based, big thumbs up) and Julius was fantastic... they sent out the 100 micron replacement, even shipped free of charge to Canada. The larger micron cartridge works so much better for us. With the automatic flush set to once per day we have no more plugging. However, if you have a lot of debris or sediment I recommend going with the larger WSP-ARJ model which come with up to a 200 or even 500 micron cartridge. Spring and fall are worse times with our artesian well and we may need to do that yet. I wish we would have contacted iSpring beforehand and explained what we required, as I'm sure they would have advised us what was best.I must say there are not too many companies that impress me these days but this is definitely one of them. We may be expanding our water filtration system in the future and will not hesitate to buy from iSpring again, and of course highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality product and service to back it up.

Quality and innovative water filter
The catchment area for our private water supply filters through extensive peat hillsides and results in high amounts of particulates and quite strong tannin colouration. The high particulate levels mean that we have to change our 30 micron and 5 micron disposable every month or so. This is rather costly. So we decided to try adding a 50 micron iSpring spin down filter to "protect" the next stage filters from getting clogged too quickly. We bought the iSpring WSP50ARB Spin Down Sediment Water Filter in Nov 22 and it has now been operational for a few weeks.Pros: Excellent quality, great innovation, superb customer service (Canada to Scotland). Very easy to install (although NPT threaded connections aren't quite as common in the UK). The digital control unit is very straightforward to set-up, and the automatic spin down operation easily cleans the sediment that is collected by the filter. It is a bit too soon to judge how well it protects the next stage of filtering. But, nonetheless, I would wholeheartedly recommend it!Cons: absolutely none. Please note: the iSpring WSP50ARB Spin Down Sediment Water Filter is not designed to remove tannin colouration from water supplies. I have to employ an additional filtration stage to need this requirement.

Ispring spin down filter
I recently installed the iSpring WSP-50 spin-down sediment filter as part of my whole-house water treatment system, and it has performed exactly as I had hoped. In my setup, the WSP-50 is installed between a whole-house carbon filter and my water softener. Its primary purpose is to capture any carbon fines that may be released from the carbon media tank before they can enter and potentially damage or foul the water softener. The filter is well-built, easy to service, and provides a simple visual inspection of what is being captured. I particularly appreciate the flush valve feature, which makes routine maintenance quick and convenient without having to disassemble the unit.I also want to recognize Nick at iSpring customer support. He was extremely helpful in verifying the correct replacement screen element for my specific filter model. He responded promptly, answered my questions clearly, and made sure I ordered the proper part with confidence. Excellent customer service like that is becoming increasingly rare and is greatly appreciated.Overall, the iSpring WSP-50 has been a valuable addition to my water treatment system, providing an extra layer of protection for my water softener while giving me peace of mind that any carbon fines or larger sediment particles are being intercepted before they can cause problems downstream. Highly recommended.
