Bought this one because it was lightweight for my bags, but also sturdy and had magnets. Great price for quality.

Let me level with you...this level is on the level, but does not tip any scales. Mine arrived with a small crack/scratch in one of the bubbles - which makes it a little uneven to proportionate levels - it's a bit hard to read; imbalanced. It seems to measure accurately - when lined up with my other level, the levels are equal. Do not rule this out, however. Bottom Line: This level measures up to the job. It is equally as good as other levels - and the color (red) makes it easy to spot in my too bag. It will help you get things lined up - I'm being as straight with you as possible.

Works perfectly for the plumbing work I do. I love it and the color makes it hard to lose in the ditch.

I bought this to replace the cheap, plastic Stanley level that I've had for years and always suspected was just slightly inaccurate. Well I was right because this one worked perfectly! It's a very nice step up while not breaking the bank. It's solid, easy to read, has a magnetic side and a side with a groove to make it easier to measure pipes and other curve surfaces. Five stars.

It was so nice that I only had it for a day...

I needed a small but accurate level for a few jobs. I need it for leveling some stepping stones as a base for a birdbath and to help me in repairing a gate. I couldn't use my regular level because it is too big. I didn't need a magnet or some of the other stuff some of the other levels have and I wanted metal, not plastic. This level fits all of my requirements and it made repairing my gate much easier. Highly recommend.

I work as a plumber. I have multiple levels. This one is a good value for the buck. Seems accurate, and well built for what it is. Magnet is weak but works ok. The red is easy to spot, so shouldn't get lost as easily. I have billet aluminum ones for nice work in a mechanical room, and this one would be acceptable there. But the Swanson is very nice for the grade option for drain pipe, especially for underground work.

It's cheap, but it works for the price. I used it for installing a wall mount. Checked against a few other levels and it seems accurate to them. The magnet is basically a thicker fridge magnet material, which is soft and will likely mark light coloured surfaces.
