One of his requirements while incarcerated, was to complete his GED. Since he was not allowed access to a computer, I wanted a book that was very thorough and that provided written supplemental materials; not just relied on the accompanying software that he could not use. Out of all of the most up-to-date current GED tutoring books, this was the only one that had supplemental material in written form, including several practice tests. He was very impressed with this book and did very well on his GED. We both highly recommend this book for anyone who is planning on taking their GED. Review: Not knowing what will be on the test, but realizing that for certain, the categories that the study guide includes will be covered, the student should be well prepared to take the GED if all in this guide were studied and understood. The format is user friendly also, and I have no further suggestions for improving it.

I do wish the dvd would have came with the books I ordered that way it would be much more convenient.
