Hey guys so I know when it comes to butcher paper you don't need to buy the expensive stuff the Walmart brand works just fine but as far as the smoking pink butcher paper I just love this stuff you can buy it in The wider roll it comes in a long roll so I have tons of it to last me forever pretty much so yes great product happy with it no complaints if you got the money just spend it on some smoking pink it's better than going to Walmart and buying their small little tiny rolls and yeah great product.

I can't say that butcher paper is any better or worse than foil, but now I have some. And you just look like you know what you're doing when using butcher paper.

This pink butcher paper works great for smoking meat. There are several brands that I have tried, however, none of those came in a box with a cutter. Even though it's not a big deal to use scissors, the box and cutter are really convenient. I bought at a good price as well and it also comes with a small diagram of parts of a cow.

Works like it should and is a lot steadier then my other stuff. I will be buying this again. What is great I got the large roll and let me tell you I can cover my Brisket now without worrying on leakage from putting to small ones out. Works great Will be buying again. I am new to smoking and all the smoking recipes called for wrapping your meat during the stall. I purchased this and love using it. It keeps the bark on my brisket perfectly. Good size allows you to wrap large pieces of meat. Dispensing is a snap with the built in cutter similar to your foil.
