TonkaChuck Friends Tornado Tower Playset

Our son received the trucks from another toy so we had bought this one to go with it. He LOVES this toy. When he opened it he played for over 30 min straight with it. It does come apart easy, however it goes back together just as easy.

We purchased this item on sale through Amazon for $11 for our nephew. He was extremely happy with the item and probably played with it more than any other Christmas present he received. Everything seemed to operate appropriately and was easy for him (2 years old) to operate.

Track pieces do not fit right, so Chuck get stuck just at the beginning. The last part of the track releases from it base.

We bought this as a x-mas present for our 4 year old. We still have it, and play with it occasionally but truth be told the car that came with it is the most exciting part about it. After maybe 2 weeks of playing with it, and moving it around from shelf to floor, and back, the pieces are always coming apart. And we are always "fixing" the track. As well the track is not as smooth as demos would make you believe. There are some hick ups in the tracks and you have to nudge or shake the track for the car to finish its loops and swirls. Plus the cost of additional cars for this track is not worth the money in our case. Great concept, thrilled our son the morning of xmas, but it just is not a long lasting toy.

This is cute, but didn't hold up very long. For the record it was only $12 when I purchased it 4 years ago, not sure why its more than tripled in price.
