I found out my kitty had a UTI from the color changing litter and peeing outside of his litter box so I took him to the vet and they prescribed a single pill for him to kill the UTI but they said that if I wanted to use a UTI powder instead of this I could so I did my research and looked at my reviews for the best alternative and after using this for two days his pee went from blue in the litter box (which represents UTI in feline in the litter) to the normal Olive green! I mix it in with his wet food and also a hemp vitamin that I got from PetSmart and he’s overall felt better in just a couple days! I recommend this stuff as an alternative to help treat UTIs and also the urinary tract too! I use half a scoop daily in his wet food and I crush up a hemp vitamin because he doesn’t do well with big chews and he’s more active and more playful. 10/10 *the powder does have a strong smell to it and it makes my house smell like cat food until he eats it all but it’s worth it and it goes away instantly after he eats all his food*

My kitty has a UTI issue since last Nov 2021, and she has gotten so far 2 rounds of antibiotics plus last time anti-inflammatory stuff. I started the powder last Saturday, so 4 days ago. On that Saturday she started again to pee outside of the box and the urine was darker. But I started the powder, and now on Tuesday she's a normal cat again. No agitations, no nervousness, no strange peeing, she's herself again. So far I spent $500 on vet treatment that doesn't work! And I am sure I would have to spend even more if I would bring her in again. Will do an update after 1 week!Update: it's good for prevention. It didn't handle the UTI condition.Latest: Wanted to buy the product again and see it is not the same anymore. Weight is 75% less, price the same and there are ingredients in it which where not listed before.Powder clumped so bad after some time, the clumps were hard as a rock, had to throw it away.

A quick backstory: my husband and I recently rescued a cat that is between 2 and 3 years old. She’s incredible, but we noticed she was going to her litter box a LOT. Multiple times an hour. We noticed she was still going to her litter box quite a bit, and after some research, I stumbled across this product.This product is a fine grain powder that comes with a scoop for ease of use. We mix it in with our cats wet food once a day (only half a scoop), and she eats it without hesitation.When I say this is a miracle product… I truly mean it. The difference in our cat after ONE day was incredible. She went from going to her litter box multiple times an hour, to now a completely normal amount per day. We couldn’t believe how fast this worked, and how much of a massive difference this made. We can tell a change in her spirit as well, she is much more lively and we can tell she just FEELS better.I cannot recommend this product enough to anybody who is noticing any bladder abnormalities with their animals. It is easy to use, the smell is not off putting, and it is such a fine grain it mixes well into their food.We will always, always, always have this on hand for our cat. Truly a miracle.

I have been using Mercola products for MANY years and always stand by their quality. I was surprised when I had to re-order this (my 17yr old cat is prone to bladder stones) and it was 1/3rd the size of the old container. Then I looked at the ingredients - they were the same; I looked at the amounts per serving - they were the same. They've managed to make it 3 times as concentrated now! HIGHLY recommended if your cat or dog has urinary issues!
