I wanted to use a sugar alternative and it does the job.

Tried twice to use this. Followed instructions implicitly & it won’t dispense. It did once or twice but then wouldn’t work. Just thought we did something wrong. Tried it again & now I have a dispenser full of cream and CO2 that won’t dispense not can we get lid off. Now we return it full? That’s our only option. No, customer service! NOTHING!

Great product, no complaints at all

I have several different whipped cream dispensers. This one is to replace a defective one just purchased last week. This one is similar to the Whip-It brand as it has a plastic head and is less likely to cross- thread with the bottle. It’ll always be a concern with any of these dispensers so always be careful screwing it together. The gas cartridge fit nicely. Important tip: always take your time screwing all parts together to avoid cross-threading. If you feel resistance, stop and realign the parts. There should be no initial resistance. It should twist together smoothly. People rush and screw up the threads all the time and then blame the products. That’s really not fair to the products.
