Question 1

How many days should you do this for? Do you do this for 30 days or can you do it for seven days ?

Accepted Answer

I have done it for 7 full days when I have traveled and eaten out of the norm. My goal was to cleanse my body.

However, I've done it for shorter amounts of days like 3 or 2 days and it worked well. It depends on what is your purpose.

WARNING: I did note that once you start noticing your bowl very frequent and loose-STOP immediately. If you continue, you can become dehydrated and have a negative affect. It happened to me once - horrible. I learned and now monitor myself when I use it.

I still use it after trips or when I am very constipated.

Hope this helps.

Question 2

Can I fast for 10 days on this product?

Accepted Answer

Omg I wouldn’t. You will be so hungry because they are strong and will really clean you out so you should replace that with proper nutrition.

Question 3

Does this detox and heal the liver? Can I take milk thistle with this?

Accepted Answer

I can't answer that it heals the liver, but I use this with milk thistle vitamin daily. I am aware how pain medications can destroy your liver. That is why I use this product, along with Nature Secret's "Super Cleanse". I use both, and I've been taking them daily for about 3 years or more. I take the milk thistle, as well. I am a moderate drinker of beer, maybe a case would last me a month. But I watch when I take my pain meds and alcohol. If I find that I've drank beer too close to when I take my meds, I take a few extra milk thistle. But I would NOT double the dose of the Nature's Secret products. One of each daily makes me regular. I hope this helps in your decision.

Question 4

Do you have to follow a certain diet or change eating habits?

Accepted Answer

Not really. I am becoming more health conscious as I'm getting older. More fiber in the diet, etc. I don't always eat a regular meal, but when I do I try to maintain that balance of fiber. (salads, cereal, etc.)
