We absolutely love this stuff! It is so flavorful! If you are cooking Vietnamese food you must buy this! It is impossible to find this here so I took a chance and bought it online and now I’ve bought it twice so far! My family thinks the flavor is exactly like our local restaurant! Fast shipping makes it easy to get and keep on hand. You will not be disappointed!!

This is tasty and brings out just the right amount of flavor and spiciness in my favorite dishes. I would buy again.

I have a very hard time finding fresh Thai Holy Basil so I tried this as an alternative. It is very good! It’s described as “punchy” and it is but not overwhelming. The basil is the dominant flavor, which is perfect. I would add garlic anyway so this gives me the ability to add more fresh garlic to taste. Draw backs are that the product is a bit grainy and it’s suggested you use it within 30 days once opened.

Excellent product

Its a small jar, but packed with power. 2 tsps per meal is all you need. You get 4 servings per jar. Each serving could feed a family of 4, depending how you make it and how big of an eater you are. I put some red onion, white carrot, mushrooms and red and green bell pepper in a pan with a couple teaspoons of coconut oil. When I could smell the veggies, I added a can of drain and rinsed chickpeas. After a couple minutes I put a teaspoon more coconut oil and 2 teaspoons of the sauce. Let the sauce (paste) get warm and added a can of simple coconut cream and let simmer while I made a serving of pad thai noodles. It had a nice mellow heat to it, but you could add a thai chili or jalapeno it you want it undeniably hot. I enjoyed it, and have plenty left over.

I guess it is my fault to not pay attention to the volumn for this product but the amount is so small despite it being organic. Flavor is quite bland, needs extra lemon juice. The lemongrass flavor is almost not existent. It is kinda spicy tho and the color seems relatively red. Overall the cooked outcome doesn’t seem too appetizing so I probably will not buy again, would just go to a local Chinese market to get those fresh herbs next time

I make a yummy Thai coconut curry salmon dish that calls for lemongrass paste, so this was the closest thing I found that was reasonably priced. I’ve bought this a few times and it really elevates dishes! I’ve even tossed a teaspoon of it in with veggies before roasting them in the air fryer.
