Design is good with solid mounting for walls and hanger attachment allows placement on insulated bin so that it hangs to the outside. Scoop returns easily into holster. This works as it should, but having a hard time getting the clip to stay in place, maybe I'm doing it wrong. Its fine once you hook it onto the front as long as you don't mess with it.
