Poor water flow
The media could not be loaded. Purchased 2 for our master bath double sink vanity. The water flow is horrible! We thought maybe it had debris being this is a new custom home. After the plumber took everything apart it was clear it’s just not a good fixture. We didn’t install them before the return date passed so we are stuck buying something different.

No pop up drain
States has a pop up drain and had to pay extra 79$ for pop up drain. otherwise looks nice and works good.

How to flush
The media could not be loaded. It’s a really nice faucet. You just have to know how to flush the pipes and clean the aerator to fix the flow. I am posting a video how to do that even a little bit of debris will cause the flow to almost stop
