This spy recorder is very useful and easy to use. The sound quality is very clear and it records even small conversations without disturbance. Good product but non-existent tech support. I would avoid them based on the tech support experience
Product is useful and the voice clarity is pretty good. I had an issue with the software when I tried to use it. For voice activated recording you need to make some changes to a text file. That file was missing. Also missing was the encryption file. I approached the vendor theough Amazon and even through their WhatsApp support - very poor experience. At the time of writing this, I am still waiting for their response and itโs been over 24 hours.
