I believe this book summarizes huge aspects of CBT, It’s really simple and easy to understand and helpful for beginners as well. I recommend it to everyone.

CBT work book fantastic
This little book is a great help if you are awaiting CBT as I am....and can also be used after CBT...is all easy to pick up and understand....I read it in one sitting...and will do the exercises regularily...

Very useful little book
A really good workbook. Chapters are short so you don't feel overwhelmed by too much information all at once. Highly recommended.

A must read book for everyone
This book is brilliant. I always used to feel guilty for relaxing but this book has changed my mindset completely. I am so much happier as a result of this book and I recommend it to everyone.

Not what I thought
This book isn't what I thought but maybe my own fault, don't like the thought and mood diary to fill in. Haven't really used it but have read the bits about CBT which is what I prefer.

This book is brilliant and handy size too to have on the go. Brilliant exercises to help with every day and make you look at the way you think. Has really helped
