Could I keep this in my backpack or would the mirror shatter?

It can keep the backpack,but You have to keep the mirror away from hard objects

Does the mirror enlarge the image? If now, which product do you guys suggest what is telescopic, enlarges images, and has lights. and portable.

I do not think that the mirror enlarges the image, just reflects it. In terms of alternatives, depending on how large a device you can use, some ladies makeup mirrors enlarge and operate from batteries.

Is this ideal to view your back/ body for dermatologic self skin examinations & mole inspections ? Any product recommendations

I have not used it for the question you’re asking. Like the out of the box thinking though. I would say if it works looking at skin changes then all the more to you. I only use this for HAVC jobs or DIY around the house. I don’t have any recommendations to a product unfortunately. Hope you find what you’re looking for. Happy days!!
