The taste is good, best mixed cold or with ice if you like in my opinion. I love the push this provides coupled with their pre workout. I do enjoy that this is only one scoop per serving. Helps immensely when powering through long work out sessions. I have ordered multiple times from EVL and will continue to do so, can't beat the high quality and price.

Overall, this recovery drink helps aid in my healing throughout the week. I usually do 1,000 burpees a week and with this BCAA, my body heals a lot faster and I don’t feel as much aches. I literally recover faster. I’ve been taking this for months and my output is higher during my workouts. My endurance is better and I am able to power through each workout. This is by far the best BCAA I’ve ever tasted. It’s quite tasty. It’s like a nice treat after a workout. Instead of needing something sweet like dessert. I look forward to drinking this. The blue raspberry and fruit punch are my favorite. Awesome product. You got a customer in me for life.

The flavor of these bcaas are actually really great. I am very picky when it comes to flavors for my workout drinks but this one was very tasty. No chalky after taste, not too sweet. I loved the combo of bcaas with the added supplements for burning fat without the stimulants!! I often like to get my caffeine from my coffee in the AM so having a bcaa & fat burner that I can use & drink coffee afterwards and not have the jitters is a HUGE deal for me! Not to mention doing fasted cardio in the AM, no stimulants leaves me feeling in control and not all jittery especially since I haven't eaten yet. Also, I like to use these bcaas intra workout which is typically after work around 5pm and I don't want the stimulants keeping me up all night so this is perfect! This product is highly recommended from me! I have tried many bcaas from NLA for her to O.N and this one definitely surpasses those. I love EVLs other BCAA line and I have a few of their other supplements. I love the brand in general and the bang for your buck is amazing. HOWEVER, this specific product has a weird taste. Like lipstick. I'm going to keep using it and maybe just mix it with something (not water which is what I mixed it with the first time I tasted it), or just gulp it down because I don't want to waste it. If you gulp it the taste isn't that bad its not disgusting so much as ...weird. If I see results I'll probably try the other flavor - I tried Blue Raz.

I’ve been using these BCAA’s for the last 2 years and am still so obsessed! The blue raspberry flavor is the best tasting and mixes great into water. Great price point, as well. I use them for recovery, during a weight lifting session or directly following a hot yoga session. They have consistently helped me recover and feel replenished!

Highly recommend this product. I am a female and been working out 4xs a week consistently for over 4 years. Been through many trials of finding a good bcaa product. I liked the original EVL BCAA but then I tried their Lean BCAA and saw results! I really believe it has helped me achieve my goals of lean muscle definition. I started to see the definition lines in my muscles after taking this product for a few months. I use it daily, it helps with recovery a lot. Taste is great. The mixture takes a little getting used to vs just plain bcaas but overall, I keep buying this brand. Highly recommend.

Don’t get me wrong—this product is great and tastes bomb! Just a heads up though: you HAVE to wash your water bottle immediately after use while using this stuff, because if it sits more than a couple hours in a water bottle it’ll make your water bottle smell like fish food. If you can keep your bottles super clean, this stuff is great. If you are typically out-and-about, buy the regular BCAAs and then buy the separate fat burner pills by this company (their fat burner pills work awesome).

Nothing to dislike! All features of this product are beneficial for your health & Fitness! This product has multiple health and fitness benefits!! Just as it states on the label!! Fat Burning, Enhances Metabolism efficiency, Supports muscle repair & Recovery before & after Gym Workouts!! All of these health benefits are maximized due to this product is in a powder form vice tablet or capsule which once ingested assimilates quickly into your digestive system!! I use this product daily and recommend it to all people of at least average to good Health!! This BCAA is probably the best I have tried so far! The taste is clean and yummy and doesn’t have any weird after taste. I’ve also tried the Fruit Punch which is equally as tasty. I started taking the Lean BCAA in March and have been on a caloric deficit and doing strength training 3-5 days per week since then. These BCAA’s have definitely helped protect my muscle growth (especially since it’s hard earned!) and I definitely don’t feel as much DOM’s since taking it. I also feel like it has helped reve up my metabolism and assisted me in dropping a few pounds while gaining some lean muscle. I drink the lean BCAA daily and will absolutely continue to do so! I look forward to drinking it every day and it definitely helps make my water tasty while keeping me hydrated during my workouts. I 100% recommend this BCAA!!

I absolutely love Lean BCAA Blue Raz. I find that the product mixes well and has just right amount of sweetness. I’ve taken it before, during and after workouts. I have found that it is satisfying to drink and that it decreases appetite. When I take it during a workout I take it midway through the workout, and it gives me that extra “boost” without the jitters. Prior to taking Lean BCAA I noticed it would take me several days to recover after lifting heavy. Since I’ve been taking Evolution’s Lean BCAA’s my recover time has improved. I’m not afraid to lift hard when I know I have this product in my system! Another bonus is that the more lean muscle the less fat I have! First time purchase of this brand. You can't expect it to work miracles but, overall, I'm quite pleased. Taste In a word, delicious. I honestly think it might be the best tasting sports supplement I've tried. I actually double checked the nutrition label the first time I tried it thinking "Nothing that tastes this good can be healthy!". The Blue Raz flavour is excellent and no unappealing aftertaste; great stuff. Energy It seems to do the trick. Compared to working out without it, my energy levels last longer and I'm not as fatigued afterwards. Recovery Again, it does the trick. I'm less sore during recovery and I'm in better condition by the time I start my next workout than when I'm not using it so I'm pretty sure it's helping me recover quicker. Weight management Weight loss or fat burning wasn't my objective using this, so I can't really comment. I don't doubt it would help combined with a suitable diet and exercise regimen.

Il est difficile d'avoir June bone saveur avec ce type dependant il on réussi pour le blue RAZ. / I used a lot of different BCAA product and your LEAN BCAA it differs from other competitors. LEan BCAA provides me the most benefice and accuracy in my sports. I was looking for good taste and you nailed it for the blue Raz, sincerely. I use BCCA for a good recovery after my BJJ (Brasilian jiu-jitsu) training session. I do my weight management and your product helps me reach my goal week after week.

This is by far my favorite BCAA drink I have ever consumed and tasted, It has a natural juicy taste to it and not so much chalky and medicine-like taste with other BCAA's I've had. I recommend having it with super Ice cold water, it enhances the taste to much more and it's so refreshing during my workout. After consuming this I feel great during my workouts and recovering has never been so easy, I no longer feel too sore and fatigued and can go on throughout the day. Because these BCAA's include fat burning ingredients like CLA and L-Carnitine I have been getting leaner and leaner weekly!
