Very Good for Intended Use, such as bed sores, cuts, saddle sours, and other open sore uses where the sticky honey is covered. Works well on a variety of cuts and abrasions.

The MOST DELICIOUS honey I have ever tasted! No exaggeration! My usual brands of raw unrefined American (non-Manuka) honey are excellent and cost quite a bit less. But I seriously never knew any honey could taste this good until I peeled the seal off this Comvita Manuka Honey and licked the half-teaspoonful that was clinging to that seal. I had read that Manuka Honey has a "medicinal" taste. Not THIS! Comvita's Manuka Honey has a rich smooth caramel taste with just the perfect degree of sweetness. I had bought this to sweeten smoothies. But that would be a terrible waste. My plan, now, is to savor a teaspoon a day by itself...the way I would savor an expensive wine or an expensive liqueur.
