This things huge! I quit drinking coffee a few months ago and now I drink iced green tea instead and needed a solution to make a bunch all at once. I bought a 1.5ga glass container with a little spigot to drink it from, but the actual task of making all of that tea was a real pain in the butt. Hence why I bought this gigantic tea pot. It's actually perfect for 1.5ga. There's actually a tiny bit more room if I so pleased, but for my use I go about a half an inch under the max line which is basically right under the bottom of the spout. I tried it as soon as it arrived today and tested the whistle. It was plenty loud for me to hear in my room (door open) with the TV on. The handle didn't get hot. The lid has a good retention without being overly hard to remove. It seems durable and safe to use. All of this while looking amazing. Great product that solved the headache of making alot of tea fast!

I’m so in love with this water kettle! I highly recommend. Regarding Size: It’s durable, Made well, is super large, enough to give tea to a large family or if having company. I’ve been looking for a large kettle like this and they’re very very hard to find. Definitely worth every penny. Regarding the whistle: for those who know about temperature of water, this whistle is amazing. It starts whistling softly when the water hits a point of right before boiling. Which is a good point for tea drinkers. (you can burn tea leaves if the water is too hot ) But if you want extra hot water for one reason or another, you let it continue to whistle and when it hits a higher whistle as I showed in the video it’s rapidly boiling for over a minute at that point. Having a whistle on my pot was extremely important and is not negotiable. I have to have a whistle because if I’m sitting down in my chair as an older person who forgets things, I may have it boiling for an hour and not even know it. So I love having the whistle! Regarding weight of the kettle: I read the reviews before I purchased it. I was a little concerned that it might be too lightweight because someone mentioned that, but it’s not. It’s not lightweight at all because I’ve had a lightweight kettle before. And this is more durable than a very lightweight kettle.But I’ve also had a very heavy duty heavy -heavy kettle before and they’re so heavy that it hurts my wrist to pick it up, especially with water in it. It’s important to know that kettles do not need to be extra heavy and overtime the people making these products knew that. We use just one hand to pick up the kettle so it can’t be too heavy with all the water in it. We don’t need five layers of metal to make this work with water. Now if it was a pot to cook stew, then you do need those extra layers of metal so your stew doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot. But water does not stick in a pot. So that’s why they make these lightweight now from olden days. But this is a sturdy very nice stainless steel water kettle. Regarding appearance: it’s absolutely beautiful. Don’t you think? If you’re wondering if you should buy this, don’t wonder any longer it’s worth every penny. Remember it’s made out of high-quality stainless steel. I highly recommend!

This kettle is exactly what I needed. It heats water quickly, the whistle is loud enough to hear from another room, and the stainless steel finish looks clean and modern in the kitchen. The handle stays comfortable to hold, and pouring is smooth without dripping. It feels sturdy, well made, and has a good capacity for making multiple cups of tea or coffee. Excellent value for the price and highly recommended!

This is huge for many cups of tea. It’s stainless steel and safe handle anti-Scald. But I asked for the loudest tea kettle. This one has a little more than the last one I ordered. I think I have to return it. I don’t need one so big but I’m an elder so I need a loud Whistle so it doesn’t boil the tea pot dry. Also this tea kettle has a cover so you can be sure the inside of the kettle is clean. Unlike electric boil teapots you plug into a wall outlet. There is a reason for a whistle! It is truly dangerous to boil water and then forget about it go get your mail. But in ten minutes a log home can be dust on the ground. Not that I care make my day. I can walk away from this place.

I knew what I was buying but man this kettle is big. It does it all it says it does and more. Love Love Love this kettle, highly recommend to anyone looking for a big beautiful kettle. Whistles loud, no leaks or water rolling out of the top, etc.

Based on my needs and customer reviews, I purchased this kettle in February 2026. I tossed it out in August of 2026. It met my primary needs, but it developed rust and pitting in the bottom of the pot. I hoped it was just deposits from hard water, but after cleaning it with a vinegar solution, I realized the bottom was pitted and rusty brown in spots. Truly disappointed because it otherwise met all of my needs.

If you're looking for a nice large kettle, this is the one for you! Normal size coffee mug for scale in photo. We're avid hot beverage and tea drinkers and finally found one that makes a decent amount of boiled water for our family. The steel is excellent grade, the whistle is not a screech but a tuneful and high note. The spout is placed high so the kettle does not boil over through the spout which is a *major important design* (and I'll only buy kettles with this design). The handle gets slightly warm but not hot *at all* and the mechanism to pop up the spout works well. The base is wide for our gas flame so the flame does not overlap the edge of the bottom of the kettle and discolour it. Very happy with this purchase. Oh, and it looks rather majestic too! 😄

Absolutely love this 4 qt kettle, big base covers the gas jet fully with no or very little heat loss/waste up the side.

Nice sturdy kettle, loud whistle and handle doesnt get too hot but what can you expect its by a heat source only thing i could actively say is a bit of an issue is the mark for the max water isnt visable from the inside so an indented marker woukd be perfect but all in all good product nice capacity and fairly sturdy good for 2 hotwater bottles filled half full and also a 750 travel mug and a 450 travel mug full so goes further then a standard counter top kettle

Me gustó la capacidad. Pero se calienta mucho la válvula silbadora, así que hay que tener cuidado al levantarla para servir el agua caliente.
