Grattugia formaggio
Dopo innumerevoli grattuge questo prodotto pare essere molto più robusto e resistente. Se devo fare delle osservazioni posso esprimere la mia perplessità sull'attacco maniglia alla grattugia fatto in plastica anziché di metallo. Alla distanza d'uso oltre un anno il prodotto deve essere sostituito poiché la griglia a maglia grossa per grattugiare slitta e si grattano pezzi di plastica assieme al formaggio; lo stesso accade ora con il tamburo grattugia più fino. Il prodotto purtroppo non è stato all'altezza delle mie aspettative e ora devo acquistarne uno nuovo più robusto.

Best rotary cheese grater so far!
It is a very high quality product! Very resilient. Easy to assemble. Easy to clean. Dishwashable! I purchased two times the big drum cheese grater from Zyliss and both of them cracked the spring crank hinge due to too hard cheeses. And I purchased the Microplane rotary grater and it has a too soft structure - it bends with a hard cheese. And I also have the electric cheese grater from Ariete and it has too many tiny places to cheese remains get hidden and it is not dishwashable. Now I've found my perfect rotary cheese grater: Gefu Pecorino! Two contraries minor points: if the cheese is too hard you may have to put some extra force with your thumb and it can be tiring; and you have to pay attention to mount the crank on the drum accordingly.

Cher et beaucoup trop fragile!!!
Cet appareil est beaucoup trop fragile pour son prix, il a rendu l'âme après un an seulement!!! Impossible à réparer

J'ai très aimé le contenant et sa facilité à démonter pour le nettoyage mais j'aurais aimé que le côté de la poignée soit fermé
