Frequent disconnection
It’s not working well. My devices get disconnected more frequently and I don’t know the reason. I didn’t face any similar issue previously with the old wifi extender.

Needed a boost
Wanted to get the WiFi to the back shed, it was a little tricky to get the cable through the house hidden as much as possible, but it is doing a great job so far with delivering WiFi to the shed where my workout equipment is.

Impressed by the range in a complex garden
We have very poor mobile network in our rural location, so I wanted to cover our garden with Wifi. I bought one of these thinking "let's see how far down the garden I can get Wifi, then I'll know how many more I need to add to a mesh network for full coverage". The end of our garden is 50 metres from the house, and has trees, shrubs, 6 sheds in various locations (yeah, I know), a polytunnel and a trampoline.Well, I couldn't find a spot where I didn't get Wifi coverage on my phone. The "worst" spot was right at the end, where I was inside an open-sided shed, crouched down as low as I could behind a metal trailer, with a polytunnel and another wooden shed between me and the AP, with my phone against my body while facing the wrong way. Even though I only had 1 bar of Wifi signal, I still got a stable 30mb on a speed test, which is plenty for watching YouTube videos of cats in every corner of the garden.I even managed to get a signal from it on the opposite side of the house, which is no mean feat on a house with solid brick walls (no breeze blocks or insulation in sight here). The setup was largely a breeze. It worked straight away after plugging it into my existing router. But I did download an app on my phone which let me change the SSID and password to match the existing internal network. I can see the app is more designed for enterprise users, which is a little odd for a smartphone app. The only gripe with the setup was when it didn't initially find the device while scanning, and I had to press a mysterious "Add Essential Organization" button that appeared to make it work 🤷♂️. Didn't bother me too much as I'm more interested in the ongoing functionality than the setup process.Great work TP-Link, I'm thoroughly impressed so far, and I hope I will continue to be happy with my purchase for many years to come

Works Great
I have been using the AP for about a month. It was easy to set up and has been rock solid since. It works much better than another I had from Engenius. It allows for up to 4 SSIDs on two frequencies. I was able to isolate myself from other users on the AP. I did need an extender to get connectivity to my back yard.
