This is NOT a toothpaste. This is a stannous fluoride treatment gel. You use it after brushing your teeth.

Q: does this helps with the white spots on kids teeths?

I do not know, this was prescribed by our pediatric dentist to slow down a cavity in a 3 year old. She also advised minimal amount be used with extra caution. I’d speak with a dentist to be certain.

Q: Do children have to spit this out? I'm wondering if useable for 2 yr old

This product has to be spit out. It says children under 6 consult a dentist or doctor. It was recommended, by my children's dentist, that my kids use this.
