This felt just like the fluoride they'd put on your teeth at the dentist. It didn't foam or taste bad. My teeth felt very clean and healthy after use. Highly recommend.

This CLINICAL GRADE product will do for you what ordinary toothpastes likely will not do. My dentist recommended it, and dispenses it, but Amazon provides it at a much better price. It isn't cheap, but for good reasons. Let me tell you now what this remarkable product will do for you and how to use it. First, at bedtime I brush thoroughly with regular inexpensive toothpaste for hygiene, and then I rinse at least twice. Immediately afterward I put a pea-size dollop of 3M Omni-gel on my brush and coat my teeth with it. DON'T RINSE IT OUT. Spit, and spit, and spit again, but don't rinse it out! This routine every night at bedtime for several years now has remarkably reduced my previously frequent instances of dental decay.

I have very sensitive teeth. I use the high fluoride content gels to help lessen my tooth sensitive. This product is a tiny bit less expensive than the other product I typically use, but works just as well. I use this once per day at night before bed. It makes my teeth feel clean and helps the cold water I chug all day not hurt my teeth as much.

I use it twice a day as directed and have seen a significant improvement in my teeth sensitivity. I have a chipped molar and it was being bothered by cold drinks but since using this fluoride paste I haven’t felt a thing.

Works great. Just remember once used to not eat or drink anything for about 30 minutes after. I really feel like this stuff helped protect my teeth from cavities and my children love it as well.

This is the first at-home fluoride treatment I've tried, but after being charged three times more for a single treatment at the dentist's (which I'm sure is much stronger concentration etc.), I decided to give an at-home product a go. And I'm so glad I did!It's super simple to use after brushing (takes 10 seconds), and the places where my enamel had worn away/become rough (from grinding in my twenties) and where it was pulled off by some of my braces (when I was a kid three decades ago), have become noticeably smoother. And the rest of my teeth feel as smooth, slick, and lovely as the day I come home from a professional teeth cleaning. So while I can't _see_ any difference, the feel is noticeable, like it's doing a great job at re-mineralizing my enamel just like the professional treatment. Highly recommend!
