Great product that works very well. The material inside the shirt adheres to the skin to warm your core. So it’ll cling to the skin, making it seem hard to remove after you’ve been sweating. I’m normally a size large. I ordered 2XL and it fits me fine. So definitely order a size or 2 up. If you like compression, order 1 size up. If you like looser, order 2 sizes up. I don’t see this being a good product for folks that are over 250lbs though. You need to be a bit more flexible to remove the shirt without stressing the material which could potentially rip with too much force. Overall, I love it and it works very well for me. Thanks.

Extremely comfortable, it is tight at first then it is a very good fit and works up a good sweat.

Works fantastically to increase sweating and intensify workout. However… I wish I had ordered 2 sizes up from what I normally wear as this thing is super tight and was a struggle to put on, once on fits like a body condom. I normally wear large/Xl shirts so ordered an xl. Also after only 2 uses the threads at the seams are already starting to come undone in multiple places… it works but don’t see this thing lasting very long

Work better than expected.. Just wish they had a half turtle neck option.. my collarbone sticks out aliitle bit! Next purchase would be the jacket instead of the shirt style.

I ordered this sauna shirt in a 4X, expecting it to fit comfortably for workouts, but what showed up was nowhere near the size it claimed to be. The tag says 4X, yet the fit is closer to a 1X at best. I could barely get it past my shoulders, and once I did, it felt like trying to squeeze into a wetsuit made for someone half my size. There’s compression, and then there’s simply being unwearable, and this one falls hard into the second category. I normally fit a 4X and KNOW what a 4X should be like. The material itself actually seems decent, thick and smooth on the inside with a stretch that should have made it comfortable if the sizing were even remotely accurate. The zipper looks solid, and the overall construction gives the impression of a quality item, which makes the sizing issue even more frustrating. You can tell it’s designed to make you sweat and trap heat effectively, but none of that matters if you can’t move your arms or zip it up without feeling like you’re about to rip the seams. I double-checked the label and the packaging to make sure they hadn’t sent the wrong size, but everything matched the order. That makes me think the entire line runs extremely small. If a 4X fits this tight, there’s really no chance someone who wears a smaller size could find their correct fit without guessing several sizes up. It’s disappointing because I wanted to like this one. The idea is great, and I’ve used similar gear before that worked really well, but this one misses the mark completely. If you’re planning to order, be ready for a serious size shock. I’d say go up at least two or three sizes, assuming they even make that many options, or skip it altogether if you’re looking for a realistic fit. There’s no point in a sauna shirt that turns into a struggle just to get on, and that’s exactly what this feels like. I wanted something to help elevate my workouts, but instead I ended up with something that barely fits over my chest. Definitely a one-star experience from start to finish.

Does exactly what is says it does I noticed about almost a 40% increase in temperature and sweat, I got 2 sizes up and fits snug normally im a large but if you want it to fit like a lose t-shirt I suggest 3 sizes up from your regular size, im 5"7 225 lbs for reference, I did notice the smell everyone talks about but I wash my clothes before I wear it so smell went away anyways

Not true to size. You should between sizes larger for it to fit properly. Other than that it does allow you to sweat.
