Awesome product, awesome service
I purchased a medium firm foam cushion for Office use. It relieved me of back pain within days. Then I purchased an extra soft one for home to relax. After using the two, I realized that extra soft one is much better for my back than the other one (might differ from person to person). I contacted the company and they replaced it even after two months. Now they have made a permanent customer with their incredible service and timely response. Thank you Grinhealth.
