Great items
Hi these do as they say - and you can tell the difference when you swap hands. Great for having that extra guidance when training.

Help optimize my crawl stroke
Somehow, they seem to help me pull and push the water in a more optimal way. After using them for a brief time, I think they are helping me to improve my crawl stroke. I’ve gotten comfortable doing laps with floaters between my legs. These paddles give me enough extra power such that it’s easier to swim without floaters between my legs. So far so good!

Wheather it floats in water or not
Does not float in water and that is a big weak point
