Acrobird PB20 Pyramid with Base Pet Toy, 20-Inch

Bruce loves his new play place! As soon as we finished assembling it, he played on it for hours and did not want to get down. The dishes on top are his favorite part for some reason- he wants to perch there the whole time. It was a little bit of a pain to put together because some of the holes didn't line up but it is super sturdy and the perfect size for him. I would recommend this product and feel it's worth the money.

Good size for my Jardine's. Product was missing some hardware but was easily replaced at the local hardware store. It is sort of a pain to put together, specifically trying to line up the bottom of the ladder and top of the ladder so everything matches. It is pretty solid wood though! Round rungs are made of hollow plastic. Bottom is just particle board.

By far the worst purchase I have made in a long time. Very poor quality, assembly hampered by misaligned holes, poorly cut plastic posts and cheap wood. I knew I would have to assemble, but didn't think I would have to heavily modify to complete it. Way too much money for the quality and work entailed to assemble.Would return it if I could!

I purchased this model and received a different model instead. No big deal, not even worth taking a star off in my opinion, although it was confusing at first. Tried to begin assembly, however some pieces were made wrong. Holes were the wrong size, plastic ladder rung tubes were too large. I am a "professional hobbyist", and even with hand-modifying the parts I still couldn't get it to fit right. I ended up drilling new holes in the correct places, using new hardware, and shaving down the ends of the tubes. What I got was a huge evening project and while frustrating, this was right up my alley as far as "solvable problems" go. To a different person it would have been impossible. I recommend NOT buying this product, as if this happens to you, you won't be able to put it together. And sending it back would be a nightmare, as it didn't actually come in a box; just the store box with postage slapped on. Buy local, save some headache.

This stand is fairly large, sturdy, and somewhat easy to assemble, with the design hampered by a few flaws. The biggest issue I have is that the top perch is a flat, wide piece of wood that looks uncomfortable to sit on for long lengths of time. I will fix this by gluing another perch on top of this piece, but I wish it was round to begin with. The crocks are nice but unwieldy to put on and remove, especially when containing water. The chain is also not removable from the eye screw that is included with the stand. I remedied this by swapping eye screws with another play stand I have, so now I can swap toys out on this perch. I would say that this perch is good for small to large conures and cockatiels - it's probably too large for lovebirds and budgies, and too small for cockatoos, amazons, and mini macaws. This is also a tabletop stand, and does not have its own legs, for those who are curious.

AWESOME!!!!!! well constructed, very large, easy to assemble, great value! I customized it though to hang different things and I also put a rope perch on top too! to address a few of the other complaints, the pre-drilled holes in the base where the ladder attaches dont just fit in, you have to manipulate it by bending it in and tapping the ladders down, then its a snug fit. also i read other people complain about the food dishes on the top, I put in hamster crocks inside the dishes so that way I can remove and replace them with ease. some people also have said that it is unstable or "wobbles" well, get a small wrench and tighten it, mine is tightened and doesnt move.

We use this in our play area for our 6 pet rats. Of course the do not use the swing but we put treats in the upper cups which gives them incentive to climb. All 6 will sit on the top ledge. Very good and large size yet not too heavy so we just keep on top of the their critter nation until they come out. Great quality and easy to clean. Highly Recommended.
