True to fit
Very comfy. Works like a charm. Works like it's supposed to. I had to get a smaller size after a couple months because it worked so well.

Great!! Use size chart
Soft but firm shapeware. Arrived on time. Size chart accurate. I purchased a 2x normally 12/14 and it fits snug on first row. Great purchase!

Worth the money
I recently tried the YADIFEN Waist Trainer for Women, and here’s my honest take on it. **Design and Material** The first thing I noticed was the high-quality neoprene material. It’s flexible and feels durable. The inside layer is surprisingly soft, making it comfortable to wear for longer periods. The zipper closure is a game-changer for me—so much easier than fiddling with hooks. **Fit and Comfort** I was impressed by how well it fit. I did make sure to measure myself carefully using the size chart, which I’d recommend because the sizing can be a bit tricky. Once I got the right size, it hugged my waist nicely without feeling too tight. The adjustable straps were a big plus, keeping it secure during my workouts. **Performance** I could definitely feel it working during my workouts. It increased thermal activity, making me sweat more and feel like I was getting a better workout. It also provided great lower back support, which helped improve my posture—a nice bonus! **Durability** After a few weeks of use, it’s holding up well. The neoprene still looks and feels good, and the zipper is strong. I did notice that the stitching around the zipper might need some extra care over time, but so far, no issues. **Pros:** - Super comfortable neoprene material. - Easy-to-use zipper closure. - Adjustable straps for a perfect fit. - Enhances workout results with increased sweating. - Great for posture and lower back support. **Cons:** - Sizing can be a bit off—definitely measure carefully. - Stitching around the zipper might need attention eventually. **Conclusion** Overall, I’m really happy with the YADIFEN Waist Trainer. It’s comfortable, supportive, and has definitely helped me get more out of my workouts. Just make sure to get the sizing right, and you’ll likely love it as much as I do!

To small
The sizing is terrible. Im usually a size medium, but after reading other reviews about size I, and looking at the chart. I got a large. Even with the smaller size I managed to squeeze into it. It is comfortable when not pushing on everything.

Absolutely buy this!!!
This is AMAZING! Holds all my flabby bits in while offering wonderful support for your back. This helps with posture which in turn helps my back pain. There are a couple things you should know before you order just FYI and as to not make the same sizing mistake I did. 1) This is true to the sizing guide. I'm not sure if the material is different on the different color trainers but when I tell you not to size down I mean it! I made the mistake of reading reviews thar stated to buy a size small for my height and weight even though the guide said a large. Guess what, the small was so small when it arrived it wouldn't even come close to wrapping around me! I sent that back, got the large and presto, perfect fit! The trainer I purchased is the grey/black. I'm 5'0 and around 140-145 lbs. I'm quite busty and we'll say "mature" in age. This smooths all the things out and keeps them from spilling over where they should not. It also lifts the girls to a place they have not been in a while which is a bonus 😉 2) It does smell but not so much so that you can smell it while wearing. I'm sure that will fade over time. With this material it really can't be helped I don't think. 3) Prepare to sweat! This thing definitely makes you do so even when just standing still. I took my mile lunch walk today and definitely felt the burn! If you're on the fence I say just go for it! At this price point you can't go wrong! I'll be buying another so I can alternate and not have to wash daily. Great product!

Great for bulging disc lower back pain, do not expect corset results
I dont think this is a waist cincher in the strictest terms. It isn't boned despite having bone lines, and cinchers are boned. I'd call this more of a supporter or semi shape wear. I wear this when I am working at my desk all day. It pulls my shoulders back so I am sitting straighter and it supports my lower back. I don't feel sweaty when I am wearing it, but I notice after I take it off my torso is sweaty, so it is thermal but not gross. I wear this around 8hrs a day. I don't know about that before and after pick of going from chubby to like cut and trim. I think you'd need some heavy exercise to get that result, so I am not expecting that lol Its not a 100% smooth fit but it looks fine with clothes over it. It doesnt suck everything in to this svelte profile but it does smooth the torso. So if you have a droopy lower stomach this totally smoothes that out and smooths out the hips so you dont have a muffin top. That being said, shorts that usually fit me fine are a bit too big and I accidentally showed the world my booty picking something up lol so maybe have a belt on hand This does cover below the belt line. For best coverage, lay down on your bed and do the hooks. Stand up to do the zipper and hook the top hook to keep the zipper all the way closed. What I like about the hooks too is that they dont all have to be on the same row. So if you are losing weight around the bottom of you, or are just smaller/squishier in that area, you can clip to the row that fits that part, but then widen out as you go up. My lower abdomen where the first hooks are are squishier/maybe smaller so I hook those on the second row and then as it goes up toward my chest the hooks are on the first row. For results closer to the images diet and exercise will go a long way. Although I still don't think the before and after pics are even close to accurate. It does push up your boobs but if you have big boobs it kinda squishes them even more together. I wear a non padded bra to take away the one boob effect. At the end of the day, this is good for support, if you want a true cincher look for something that is boned and looks like a mini corset.

The size chart is a toss up!
I’ve purchased this item twice and I’ll give you my honest, unpaid review. I’m completely new to waist training. After reading reviews, I purchased a 5x. I’m 5’4, 325 lbs with a small waist so I thought the 5x would be where I’d start. It was entirely too big, so based on the fit, I’d take a shot in the dark and I ordered a 2x. This size was too big too, at least for me to wear alone. I put on two McDavid waist trimmers, to cover me from bust to lower stomach, THEN, I put on the 2x corset and it was perfect for my desired level of compression, which was perfect for me. So all in all, I’ll most likely have to order a 1x or even a large if I wear just wearing the corset ALONE. The sizing chart really doesn’t matter, so ladies, be mindful when ordering. I wear a 24/26 in bottoms and 1x top, our bodies are not cookie cutter. You may be 200 lbs and need a 4-5x in the corset because of a larger midsection or in my case 325 and needing large to 1x, it will depend on your body type. And also remember, the goal is compression so you don’t want to order it in the size where it just sits on your skin. Even being new to waist training, on a scale of light to strong compression, I’d say on a scale of 1-10 this is about a 6, so good enough to work out in or light errands or just enough to wear around the house or go to work in for an 8 hr shift. It’s enough compression to remind you that it’s on, a reminder to keep your muscles tightened, a great beginner corset. But to those more advanced in the waist training journey, you may need a more durable corset with a less stretchy material and more spines….more heavy duty. This waist trainer is very comfortable to be and not too abrasive. I don’t wear it directly on the skin, I wear a shirt under because you will sweat if it’s directly on skin, it will have a warming effect. All in all, I’m pleased and it meets my needs. And also, my first 2x one I ordered was stolen from the package and the seller sent me another and I got it in 2 days so CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT….I plan on buying the next two sizes down until I’m ready to transition to something more advanced. Also, it’s undetectable under everything except something skin tight such as a mini dress or lightweight bodysuits, in that case, you may want a faja or thong body shaper, the kind you step into and pull up that gives you full coverage.
