I'm pretty sure mine came with 3 filters.

Yes. You pop your ground coffee in. Pour in boiling water. Place lid on top. Leave for at least minutes and slowly push down the plunger

Is the effect of using French pressure pot to brew scented tea?

Not sure, I use for freash coffee

Yes,you can put it in the dishwasher or wash by hand. It is easy to clean, but the filter should be removed and cleaned.
