Does the manufacturer part number "pooo" reflect on the quality of the product?

No, this is a great product. I definitely recommend!

For anyone whose owned these for awhile, how well does the black hold up? Does it chip / scratch off or are they still solid black?

I use mine for my chits at work (i work in corrections) i can barely see any wear on them and they are in my pocket getting jostled and hooked and unhooked for 14+ hours a day 5 days a week. I can see more wear on the black D-clip i have the 10 rings on then i do on these. I am actually buying a larger pack asy coworkers have asked me to bromg some in as their rings are losing shape and color and look crappy.

Will a magnet stick to these

yes. Just tested and they stick to magnets.

What metal are they made from? And what is the black coloring made from (eg powder coat, anodization, electroplating)

They are metal but I don't know what kind. I also am not sure how the balck coloring is affixed. It seems stronger than electroplating. They are working well for what I wanted but I'm not super hard on them.

Estéticamente perfectos

Excelente opción si estás cansado de los típicos de color plata. Se sienten sólidos y de buena calidad. No son muy grandes, lo. Cual me gusta para no hacer tus llaves tan bultosas. Por la naturaleza del color, se les nota el desgaste algo rápido, lo cual veo normal. Lo bueno es que vienen muchos en el paquete.
