Pass On This One
This thermometer takes forever to reach the final cooking temperature. If I'm checking meat, it takes 3-5 minutes out of the oven as the thermometer SLOWLY climbs up in temp. I really can't use it for cooking. Wouldn't recommend.

This thermometer is not an instant read. The on/off feature has a mind of its own. Once it is turned off, if it is moved, it comes back on. Otherwise it is functional and okay.
