LafcoDen Candle, Redwood

The candle lasts at least 50 hours. The scent fills a 20 x 30 room and can even be smelled in the hallway to the room. That is exactly what I wanted. I thought the aroma was wonderful!

Let me start with the fact that the vessel is gorgeous. That part is a 5/5, what is disappointing is the quality of the actual candle. For a luxury candle brand, I had the anticipation that the scent would at a minimum be able to fill a medium sized room, especially since when I opened the box it was pungent and lingering in the material. Alas it did not translate to the burn, which also, sadly tunneled despite the first burn being 12 hours it never went edge to edge and the tunneling is significant and I sincerely doubt I'll get that 90 hour burn time due to this.

Gardenia is my favorite scent and the LAFCO "Fresh Cut Gardenia" scented candle has the perfect blend. I love the way this candle smells when it's burning, and the best feature is that the scent lingers even when the candle isn't lit. The vessel the candle is in fits in perfectly with every space in our home, and I love recycling it and using it as a vase. I highly recommend this as a gift to yourself or someone else!

I love this candle...yes it's pricey but it honestly smells just like an amazing ski chalet! It's not overly "christmasy" like so many pine candles can be. I use it all winter and it lasts long time.
