What is the size of the track - length - breadth / oval - radius

Out track has 1" gauge, just like the classic wooden tracks. It has the same radius as the wooden tracks - about 17" diameter. There are 20 track pieces included in the Starter Set - 4 pieces of 9.5" straights, 4 pieces of 9.5" split tracks, and 12 pieces of 6.5" curves. So, all together, that's nearly 13 feet of track included in the set. You can also get the same track set sold separately in our Track Extension Pack.

looks great, can you put supports under it to make it a monorail? or can we make our own and will it support the track?

Great idea! We do not currently have supports, but you should be able to make it work using Lego Duplo blocks or something similar. Our track pieces click together and will stay attached, so you just need to place the supports under the track joints.

Is it stable enough to mount a GoPro to it?

It definitely can be done, but it depends on the weight of the GoPro and how you mount it. Others have done it and you can find some videos on YouTube if you search for "intelino GoPro" like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pCN8ji91EOw

can the engine and wagon run independently?

The engine can run independently, the attached wagon can not. In addition, I've noticed that the engine can't pull other cars. Standard weight cars that go with wooden tracks seem to be too heavy for the engine to manage. Occasionally the engine will even loose the wagon that comes with it if it hits a bump. The magnet connecting the two seems to be very weak.
