this is the first time that I bought this brand, the bags are reasonable quality and slightly larger than others that I bought previously which I like. I would buy them again.

I always recycle small plastic bags by filling with cuttings and peelings from fruit and veggies and store in fridge. I take various bags downstairs to empty into my apt composting bin. Takes a week for me to fill a small trash container, so I don't go to the trash often.To keep bugs away, as well as smell of rotting product, I keep the bag(s) in the bottom shelf inside my fridge door. Just opening big bags all the time for a few peelings is a drag. (Fine when I peel 10 or more ripe bananas to slice and freeze and need a big bag. But not for peelings from a small orange, for example).I came across similar bags used by a charity food delivery. So I searched Amazon. When I found these larger and very affordable bags, I bought them.The price and quality are right for what I need.Does that help you? Well, I can only share my experiences. And I'm thrilled. Wish I did this earlier!

It's nice to have basic sandwich bags in a large box like this. Good value.

PRO:Excellent value. Cheapest I’ve found.There was no “warehouse smell” that I have occasionally encountered on orders from Amazon.These bags are larger, and I primarily use them as disposable gloves, to separate portions in the refrigerator or freezer etc. that go into another freezer bag, etc. Perfect for that use.CONS: Not as thick as Name brand; in particular the bottom of the name brand is pleated and reinforced. Also the fold top on these was inconsistent, and they don’t fold over quite as easily. If using prinarily for sandwiches, or for anything other than as a liner or one time use, take that into account.If you’re looking for cheap disposable fold over sandwich bags this is the one.Highly recommend.

We use these bags daily in my restaurant. They are great quality very recommended constantly purchasing for out of time.

I took the time to read all the reviews on this one before I bought it. The bags are very big, and that is exactly what I wanted. The lip is a little too small for smaller items when placed in the bag but overall very satisfied with this product. I would indeed purchase it again. If you don't need a larger than a regular sandwich bag, don't buy it. For me, I do like these bags.
