Yes you can. I was amazed at how much ice the condenser could melt. Definitely recommend using a small pump the instructions talk about.

What kind of pump would I need to get for it?

Just order the KD5. Would loves to know is there more accessories or we have to continue buying more pots?

Hi, I am glad to help answer. You can start using your KD5 to distill and make hydrosol without additional accessaries. All you need is the flower or herbs to start. With dry lavender buds, you may get a bit oil. If you would like to separate oil from hydrosol, separator is one you may consider. Will this work on an induction cooktop?

We use magnetic stainless steel, but it depends on the brand of induction cooktop. Some works well but some others wont'.
