Seems like it works for me!
Although my wife is somewhat skeptical about this, it seems to be helping me with a deeper and more relaxing sleep. I swear I'm feeling better (more energetic) on the days when I used these on my feet the night before. The packaging is also excellent! Each pair of pads is sealed in Easy to Open plastic pouch - which I can literally open and apply in total darkness! Thumbs up from me!

I was looking at surgery..then covid hit. Iโm glad I found these first.
I was skeptical of these and I didnโt need to be.. I have a sluggish lymph system I think , I had a salivary gland infection years ago and my corresponding lymph node never went back to normal . I got an idea to try one of these. I put them on my feet, and then I thought to put one on my persistently swollen knees ( repetitive injury)I woke up to my knee smaller than itโs been in years , slept great, and will definitely continue to use them . You can see the difference between my feet and my knee. Much more fluid came off the knee. Please note that the black stuff shows when the patch gets wet, so itโs not the gunk from your body , but it is the fluid that your body releases which in itself is detoxification.
