It took me a little while to really find the way I like to use this unit. Lately I’ve been dealing with lower menstrual back pain. I am absolutely loving it. I put in on my lower back, and am able to set the timer and method and can just go about my day. It’s been really helpful and soothing for my achy back.

Higher Intensity than others I've usedIm 51 and have bulging and degenerative disc issues that cause period sciatic pinches that are extremely painful and debilitating. I've used Icy Hot and Meijer brand stim units about $40ea and they only provide minimal relief and refill patches are expensive. I got this Friday 7/30/2021 and immediately used it as my right sciatic had a flare up and I've been struggling for over a month. I had immediate relief after just 20min as this unit is very close to the pro machines that my chiropractor has. I can only begin to tell you how impressed I am with this unit. very nice carry case and hard plastic card for patch storage. the app is simple and the options are amazing. Select the mode/Intensity ou like the best and get ready for healing and pain relief without paying doctor visits/co-pays. Highly Highly recommend 👌!!!

I was so hopeful this would be the one I returned it. It worked fine for the first day then after that It would not respond would not shut off. I had to pull it off my back while still running. could not get the disc off the pad. I tried but it felt like I stuck my finger in a light socket. I put it in a safe place while still snapped to the pad to let it run itself down. then packed it up and sent it back...bought another brand much cheaper and works so well. So now I am glad this one was defective? or I would not have found the relief from the other brand product.

I go to the gym most days before work and I don’t always have time to stretch, leaving me soar an cramped at my desk. I got this because I saw it advertised being helpful for recovery and boy was it right! I use the vpod after every workout and it’s easy to take with my as I slips right into my backpack. Can’t recommend this enough if you’re looking for a solution for workout recovery. It has a great app that’s easy to use and it really does work unlike some other products I tried that felt rather gimmicky.

Easy to use. Good battery life. Slick interface/App. Loved the wireless! But not strong enough for my pain level. This one goes to level 20, I needed something that was more a level 40. This is not the level of relief you get from a stim machine in your PT or Chiropractor office. I was looking for something to avoid the need for prescription level pain meds to get through the day or after a long day. Unfortunately this machine was not strong enough to relieve or block the pain. I'm also a big guy 6'2 295lbs, so the largest stim pad felt small, I needed one about 2 sizes bigger for my back.Overall, this is a quality machine with good quality accessories and a great storage bag. I was impressed with it and I would say it would work great for mild to moderate pain relief, but if you suffer from a high level of chronic pain you're going to need something more on the professional level.

Good product once it pairs. The first week the unit paired with no problem. After that it takes about four or five attempts to pair. Very frustrating to say the least. On the up side, once paired it works well, good pain relief. Shop around, for the money spent I'm sure there's a better product that's easier and more consistent to pair

Okay, let me just say - this thing is a total game-changer for dealing with muscle aches and pains! I've struggled with lower back tightness for years from too much desk work, and I've tried all the usual remedies - heating pads, stretching, massages, etc but this one was the easiest and most convenient.it's very portable and easy to use - It's super slim and lightweight, about the length of my laptop so I was able to fit it in my tote. Best thing is that I was able to connect it to my phone via Bluetooth and manage it that way. Literally the most convenient device I've owned hahaWith the intensity settings, I started out low and worked my way up to higher intensities and different massage settings (kneading, cupping, etc). Important to note that it comes with different-sized pads so you can use your lower back, shoulders, etc - I personally needed the back the most. Highly recommend!

I got this almost 2 years ago. It worked okay when I first got it but didn’t seem to help too much. I now know it is because of the design. I needed spots worked on that were further apart than the simple butterfly design would allow, even with the biggest pad. Consequently, I’ve let it sit for several months but got it out again out recently of desperation. First time I used it, it was finicky and about shocked the heck out of me. I tried a never-used pad and I was only been able to get it to work for a short while. Only ONE of the settings worked and then it disconnected from the phone app. After that I couldn’t get any of the setting to work. I don’t really recommend this product for those reasons.
