Quality boot .
I love my new skates ! I have been skating since I was 4 years old,( I am 50 now) these skates are on pare with Sure Grip, or any other known brand out there . The only thing I think was skipped is the bearings , They are ABEC 5s , as I was changing them out , 3 of the bearings came apart as I took them out . other than that tiny little problem , these skates are perfect ! And for the price you pay compared with so many big name brands , bearings are minor! Worth every penny! And , I feel they will last me probably the rest of my life! I think I found the skates I will be buried with! Extremely happy with my purchase!

Not for Wide Feet at ALL
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. (RE-EDIT:)I have settled on these for now:https://www.amazon.com/review/R2QS29TWGV2UAC/ref=cm_cr_srp_d_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8They feel good on my foot and are decent enough to see if skating is something I can/will do. If I do, then I will continue to look for quality skate with a metal frame that fits wide feet at a later point - maybe some companies will have released wide width skate by then...(EDIT:) I ended up returning these - a few wears around the house and they hadn't loosened any. I had the bright idea to take them to my shoe guy and have him stretch them and he really, really didn't want to try. He says he has in the past and about half the time they bust at the seams rather than stretch - he recommended finding a skate that fit.Well, 💩ORIGINAL REVIEW:They might as well have made these out of real gold - that's how "giving" this boot is - I feel like I have two, three and a half pound vice-clamps strapped on my feet. If you have EVER used "wide" as an adjective to describe your feet or *ever* buy wide sizes for comfort, just move on - you'll likely have a hard time just getting your foot into the boot, let alone be able to wear it. I don't think it will "break in" very well or much at all because the boot is so freaking hard and stiff (and not in a good way!) - there is NO give to it. I expect weight, but I do not expect to feel like this...I have *slightly* wide feet. I take a 8.5 or 9 in a normal shoe and a 9.5 in a padded athletic shoe or a boot. Once in a while I need a wide width.I ordered a 9 first and couldn't even get my foot all the way in (and yes, I cleared all the stuffing out of the toe!). I returned and got the 10. The 10 is too loose except across the widest part of the foot and that is clamped down like a vise on my foot and hurts to even flex my foot even with the laces as loose as they can go. Not just a little uncomfortable, but *painful*.There are also seams inside that are a bit lumpy and *will* rub blisters on me in no time. I'm going to wear super thick sport socks and wear these in the house on carpet for a couple of days to see if these will break in enough to be able to use. I don't have high hopes at this point. They ARE too big for me there is more than an inch at the end where my toes *aren't*, but this is the only size I can actually get my foot into.As far as the skates go, you will need to loosen the wheels because they are screwed down all the way and don't spin much at all out of the box. You'll also want to check the trucks as one of mine was so loose I could almost lay my ankle over in it.You might need someone to help you lace them the first couple of times because the tongue is so stiff, thick and bulky that you can't get the laces tight unless someone pinches the boot at the front to allow you to close up that gap. That might be confusing, but I've uploaded a pic that might show you better what I mean. Decent quality laces are just barely long enough to tie a bow. There are stiff "plates" of padding in the ankles (that press on my anklebones) and I think that is a bit too much as there is NO flex in the ankle at all so the front of the boot rubs up and down on the shin as you move. The insole is pretty cheap and thin but it is not glued in, so you can change it out. But I did a pic with my foot on it to show you how narrow it is. Measured across the *widest* part of the toebox, it is slightly over 3 1/8 inches wide. And it is approx 10 1/4 inches long. The glitter is a bright, flashy gold and is under a clear PU coating and they *look* sweet. But not all that glitters is gold...PS:If Pacer (or any other skate company) is reading this, please, please, pleaseeee add wide width selections! In researching skates the one thing that kept sticking out over and over in reviews was that people were rating low and then returning the skates because they were too narrow. I'd have given this skate a 4 if it had fit properly. But most of us don't have slim little feet and need a skate that we can wear...

Great buy sparkle skate
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I was really excited and little nervous to get these , I read all the other reviews and wondered what my experience would turn out like ?? Ok the box came in and they were packaged great . Opened the box and boyyy they are beyond beautiful so sparkly and you can tell it’s was made very well . Love the stiffness of the boot you can tell if you skated before if the material will eventually weaken and fold or the mAterial breaking from to big or loose . So far I love them yes they are for regular sized feet . Which I don’t have Lol I wear 9.5 i ordere a 9 so my toe is right near the edge but to me can’t have too much space in he front . they got the prefect new boot feeling so you have to break them in just like any shoe or heel . So I have not one but two bunion bones that stick out from the side of the big toe zso it was tight when I first tried them on I just un lace them and start stretching by the front . It did help and when I went skating I love the way they glided with ease and looked did some turns yes I fell lol but that was me not the skate :) I feel no numbness from being to small .a 10 would be to big . it felt great the skate supported all of this 166.8 pounds .I can confident to say it’s was money well spent . hope that helps I love them

Cuuuuuute!
I got into skating a couple of months ago. I've gone through two other skates before these. This is my third pair of skates in 2 months. These are the cutest thus far but, don't go for just looks when it comes to skates. COMFORT +QUALITY is important. I like these skates because they are true to size and fit wide feet comfortably. I normally order size 11 bc my feet are wide but, I ordered a 10 in these and they are good. The outer material I believe is vinyl but, the interior is lined with suede. It has some padding. It has a mix of lacing holes and hooks for easy lacing up the boot. All skates need to be broken in for max comfort. However, these skates didn't hurt my feet at all during the first few uses. I typically skate about 2 hours 2-3x a week. There's also some rear ankle cushion on the back of the skate.Bwcause I prefer indoor skating, I changed the original wheels to 98A (fully indoor wheels) for less grip to the floor = more speed, and ease doing spins. However, the original wheels are decent. They're indoor/outdoor wheels. The glide is very smooth indoors, i didn't test outdoor feels. This skate is decent overall for beginners and those value shoppers.

Narrow boot.
Limited padding in the skate so your feet are rubbing against a stiff/hard surface. I have a medium width in regular shoes, but with little padding these feel REALLY narrow. Ouch.Other than that, they seem like a nice skate. Great for the price point. They run true to your regular shoes size. I'm an 8 8 1/2 and I got an 8 in these skates and they fit perfectly length wise, not width wise.I'm returning them.☹️

Great skates!
I've been wanting to roller skate for a while now, and finally ordered a pair. I chose these based on the wheels (I'm doing purely outdoor skating) and they're great! They are stiff, but I think that's expected with something like this- they need to keep my ankle straight. They came on time, look just as pictured, and fit perfect. I rolled around for about a half hour today before my hands were too cold, and could not be happier with them!
